The staff could be more respectful
Pros:

It was clean, but the staff was very rude. The eggs was watery. It was never enough breakfast for the morning.

Thankful for the accomodations, very much appreciated the better price.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Appreciated the eggs, coffee, waffle (don't eat meat). Shower hot water and pressure were great. Bed coverings very comfortable. Very convenient for I-75 arrival and departure. Nice neighborhood & shops. Convenient to event I was attending.

Cons:

Sorry to see some things are getting crusty around the edges -- elevator, hallway carpet. Surprised the blackout curtains were for show, not function. Thankfully had a hairclip to hold them together when pulled to the middle, which left light coming throubh the open "V" at top but much better for sleeping, a lot of streetlight. Appreciate refrigerator and microwave in room but not needed for this trip. Refrigerator surprisingly loud (maybe they all are). Interrupted sleep, probably should have unplugged it for this duration.

A good economical place to stay if you want to visit the Asian markets and restaurants.
Pros:

We enjoyed breakfast, especially the waffles. The room was comfortable, and location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

Our room was right by a traffic signal and u-turn, so cars and trucks were stopping and starting outside our window all the time. Also, the halls and common areas were quite warm due to the unusually hot weather.

The location was nice.

Cons:

After having to leave another property and relocate to this location, I woke up the next morning with a bite on my forearm, and the following day I woke up with additional bites on my hand and legs. The room appeared reasonably clean and was not disgusting or visibly dirty, but for the amount I paid, repeatedly waking up with unexplained bites was concerning. Staff did say that they will start an investigation for that room and I hope they do. So no one else has to endure that.
I was also disappointed with the housekeeping and lack of communication. I had to go to the front desk every day or every other day to ask for toilet tissue. Housekeeping did not come to collect our trash, change the sheets, or explain whether we were supposed to place trash outside the door. At one point, I had to find a member of the housekeeping staff myself just to give her a bag of trash. I would have appreciated clearer communication about what housekeeping services were provided during our stay.
I did have a positive experience with the staff member who assisted me when I needed clean towels and a replacement iron after the iron in the room damaged my clothing. She was very helpful, and I absolutely appreciated her assistance. Some staff members were pleasant and helpful, while unfortunately my interactions with others were not as pleasant.
Overall, the property itself was okay, but considering what I paid for the stay, I expected better housekeeping, communication, and attention to basic necessities.
