Clean decent place for a short stay. Worth the price. No clomplaints.
Pros:

was an adequate and comfortable room. For the comparative room prices in the region on that weekend, was worth the money for sure. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. You could tell it was a dated facility with a pretty decent room remodel. No complaints. Breakfast was nothing fancy and needed to remind staff to refill items (often), but decent. no frill, decent place to stay and worth the price.

Cons:

Because it was lower priced for the region, some of the guests seemed odd, but no threats or problems.

affordable but needs work

Was affordable compared to other hotels

Cons:

you can tell that they are trying to "upgrade" the property/rooms but it appears as though some of the things done were possibly done by a lower cost 'handy man' vs a reputable company to save money. alot of the upgrades appeared to be low budget. the hallways had a funny smell, sometimes old home, at times cigarette smoke, at times marijuana smell... the ''free breakfast'' consisted of only a dirty waffle iron that someone left all of their trash and used utensils out and around. and a warmer with sausage and eggs. the outlets that are inside the bedside lamps did not work, there was an extension cord running under the bed to be used to charge items. the 'desk' appeared to be broken and caved in the middle appeard as if any weight was put on it then it would collapse. walls are very thin, had issues with hearing the neighbors way to easily .although when i complained to the front desk it was handled immediately. i did like the little halloween decorations around that was a cute touch. overall i think that if they are going to make the updates/upgrades they will have to invest money properly. it reminded me of the phrase 'lipstick on a pig'

Disappointing. Not a place I wanted to spend two night.
Pros:

Desk staff pleasant and accommodating on an early check in. Other staff passed in halls were friendly. Good mattress, quiet surroundings.

Cons:

The hotel just looks dingy. It’s badly in need of an update, fresh paint. New sheets. (my bottom sheet looked clean, but had black marks on it that looked like grease.) Lobby very small. Luggage carts jammed up against the two chairs that were there.

Pros:

Staff were nice. Walking distance to downtown.

Cons:

Very rundown. Carpets stained and fraying, desk sagging and cracked. Not thoroughly clean.

The most important thing for us is a clean room, which is what we got. The location was also good.
Pros:

The room was clean. We liked having the mini fridge and microwave. There was good water pressure in the shower. The location was convenient for us. We took advantage of the free Roman Chariot that the town offers on Fri, and Sat. evenings.

Cons:

The bed was extremley FIRM, and not comfortable for us. The hotel is non-smoking, but we often smelled smoke coming from rooms. A few times we saw bags of trash left in the stairwells. The ice machine did not work on our floor. The complimentary breakfast had limited choices. The coffee, eggs, and pancake syrup was not good.
