Bad experience. They pretended to be fully booked. Not with us any more.

Location in the Center of city

Cons:

Room, view on AC system. Room after endless floors, old style bath, tasteless, nonfunctional setting. Access over stairs only. Staff almost broke roller board by lifting with tied backpack over stairs. Parking complicated and minutes away.

Fantastic location, easy to access the city. Staff were very helpful regarding parking our rental car and ensuring we had the city permit etc. Breakfast was super, with an excellent range of gluten free options and some bubbles if you fancied some. Also arrival drinks was a lovely treat.

Cons:

Spa facilities but they are being developed, so should be there for our next visit.

Fui recebida com muita simpatia , mas tive problemas .

Cons:

Banheiro com cortina e não Box . Eu particularmente não gosto , principalmente em um hotel desse porte .
Meu quarto era bem grande porém antigo e com carpete(sou alérgica ) , não vi foto dele no booking ,,mas não pedi para trocar porque era muito confortável .

Mas o que realmente me fez dar a nota baixa foi o meu perfume Chanel ter sumido desaparecido .
Falei na recepção e queriam chamar a funcionária e me colocar frente a frente com ela . Sou hóspede e não tenho que passar por isso . É pra completar aconteceu no dia do meu aniversário. Estou bem chateada. O hotel ficou de entrar em contato comigo , mas até agora nada .
Realmente uma pena . Se não fosse esse ocorrido , eu indicaria .

Beautiful hotel in a great location with exceptional staff
Pros:

Truly wonderful staff that turned a stay in a great hotel into an exceptional one. Everyone we met from recepion staff, porters, staff at breakfast and cleaners were warm and welcoming and did their job incredibly well. Beautiful, super-comfortable and very clean room, splendid communal areas and a great breakfast.

Cons:

Room slightly warm for us, street noise which was expected given it's central location

Relaxing stay in lovely Verona
Pros:

The location is perfect, room was super clean, staff were helpful and polite, and it was quiet, overall a great stay! I would recommend.

Cons:

The room was a bit too warm couldn’t work the aircon.

Also the bathroom floor was slippery - they had an anti slip mat in the shower but when getting it out it was more precarious so might be good to have one there.

Excellent choice, greatly recommend
Pros:

Perfect location, great gym, very safe underground parking car parking just 100m from the hotel, very nice breakfast. Very satisfied, greatly recommend

Cons:

The Only drawback is the lack of a restaurant inside the hotel, but within walking distance there are hundreds of restaurants to choose from
