Beautifully renovated building in a great central location for exploring Verona.
Corridors a little dark but room and communal areas lovely. Very clean and comfortable.

Le personnel est cordiale, rassurant et semble y travaille avec joie.
Pas grand chose sauf le fait que la fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un mur de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner proposé est en-deçà des 4 étoiles que nous avons visités (par exemple la qualité des œufs brouillés, et pas d’œufs au plat ni d’omelettes sauf si ajout de 7 à 10€ supplémentaires).

We only stayed one night but everything about the hotel was superb. Beautiful building, central location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast (including dedicated gluten free section).

Everything!! The location was the best right in the middle between the two main squares of the city Piazza Erbe and Piazza Bra. The breakfast fabulous. Cleanliness, perfect. Lovely sitting rooms on the ground floor and bar. Rooms with classical decoration, excellent wi fi.
The beds were not very soft and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and happy to assist you. The hotel was exceptional for its lobby areas with with very comfortable chairs, not only on ground floor and bar area , but also on mezzanine and 1st floor where there were lo by-like spaces admired with a few small group meeting spaces with tables. Hotel also offered a refreshment time in ground-floor lobby from 1-5 pm, which many guests seemed to appreciate
Air conditioning was great, as weather stayed very warm for my entire visit. Great location in city center for both site-seeing and shopping.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice welcome. Reception staff stored our cases when we arrived and then they were in our room when we came back later. Welcome drink available all afternoon. Fantastic location in the centre of Verona. Only 5 minutes walk to the Arena, but very quiet room. Lots of very good value restaurants in surrounding area. Very large comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice bathroom with large shower. Quiet and efficient A/C. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful reception staff who organised our airport taxi on the morning of our departure.
