AC was noisy, water was tepid at best. Only staff seemed to busy to make eye contact and ask if we needed help.

Hotel is ok, it’s in a busy street, not my favorite.
It said it includes breakfast, but it was more of snack bars and coffee. Not an actual breakfast

Rooms was nice
they advertised breakfast but only provided snack bars and instant coffee. I expected milk and cereal as well as juice at a minimum
The door in my room was jammed and very hard to get out of, the breakfast was just a bunnch of prepackaged pastries with nothing warm to eat, and not a single ice maker was operational on any floor
The room was full of cockroaches in one hour. We saw like five.
There were no working Ice machines ,no even in the Lobby.
The breakfast was pastry and coffee, on juice, water or drinks other than coffee or Hot Water. My wife doesn't drink hot drinks and the manager told us we could go to the store in the lobby and by Juice or water.

Walked into the room to find a dead roach in the middle of the floor. Not surprising since you could slide your hand under the door to the room as there was no door sweep. Room was supposed to be a non-smoking but clearly was not from the smell. Air conditioner was leaking water and clearly had been for some time given that the flooring was warped and saturated. Shower had low pressure and you had to duck to get under the shower head. Did not attempt the pool as it looked dirty. The convenient location to shopping and dining spots was the only good thing about the stay.
Quiet place to stay.
The continental breakfast was not a breakfast but a Hostess cake snack, the juice machine was broken the entire 10 days we were there. Very disappointed.
Staff was great though not coming out to meet the gusts by using a kiosk was cold and unfriendly. Staff sould greet each guest, in person, as we were entering the hotel as they would at home. Breakfast wasn't breakfast it was just wrapped processed food like Hostess, donuts. Hard for folks to stomach & nothing healthy. They could at least have an assortment of fruit, like bananas, apples, oranges, or even yogurt in a mini Refrigerator.
Everything was good except for breakfast or lack of I must say. Breakfast consist of debbie cakes, granola bars and coffee. That is it and would've been perfectly fine if we would've known before hand. Besides that everything was fine and was clean which I did appreciate.
