Everything in this facility is ran down has permanent residents and drug dealers good way to ruin a good location they even tried to charge me 3 times for this room thank God my card was already empty after I paid

Floor was awful had duck tape on the floor to keep the tiles down bed comforter was wet on bed but made up , smells like mold...awful experience they refused to refund any cost....

My family and I had a wonderful stay, as Always
Pros:

I love everything about this place, It is my favorite place to stay, everyone is always kind and considerate. My family and I always look forward to our stay, as a matter of a fact, I can hardly wait to get back

Cons:

The pool needed a little more cleaning this year, just a net taken through it, water was crystal clear and very refreshing

Will not be staying here again unless they get renovated.

The area is quiet and the staff was friendly. room was cold

Cons:

the room we stayed in 115 had black spots on the ceiling that looked like black mold.. We thought this because as we stayed through the weekend the floor started leaking water. There was duck tape on the floor when we entered over the seams holding them in place. We assumed maybe the room flooded at one time but as we woke up Saturday and then again on Sunday water was seeping out through the seams in the floor.
Bed was lumpy and felt like sleeping on hard mountain.

Pros:

Was nice comfortable stay enjoyed the second floor

Cons:

Lower room was poor shape glad we moved upstairs. Mold humidity and wet floors and bedding.
