Facilities are perfect, plenty of space and the room was amazing
Room was a good size, clean, quiet and functional. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was fine for an overnight between flights.
Despite being an airport hotel with a free shuttle, it was more complex to access than we had hoped. The airport hotel shuttle only services the Domestic terminal. So exhausted international travellers like us have to take another shuttle bus to the Domestic terminal then drag cases down to another area and wait there for the hotel bus.
This whole process took around one and a half hours from exiting arrivals.

We could set the room temperature to 75 as it was too cold in the beginning.
I asked several times by email about a possible airport shuttle pick up but never got an answer. We therefore took a taxi which cost us 20 $ only to learn at the check in that there is a shuttle every 30 minutes.
Love that it was close to airport and had a shuttle to take us and pick us up
Only problem we had was leaving. We parked our car there while away on a trip and when we returned our barcode wouldn’t work for us to get out of gate. There was no parking attendant so we hit the call button and nobody ever answered so I had to call the hotel and they finally sent someone out. We had cars backed up and it was embarrassing. Not to mention it was pouring down rain 😕
