Quick check in. Good quality room service food. Shuttle driver and hotel concierge were very helpful with several large pieces of luggage.
Came for a stay after a long international trip and John did such a great job with making me feel welcome and taken care of. My bags were handled with care and he did this with various guests that entered the establishment. Thank you John for serving with a smile! I’ll definitely recommend it here for all my friends.

John is the absolute nicest doorman/bellhop. He helped me get into my room and was just above and beyond nice. The location is great right next to Delta campus and ATL airport. Thanks for a great stay

Tina the shuttle driver was punctual and friendly. The pickup from the airport was exactly at :45 past the hour (they will be there at :15 too). Tina is strong too, and insisted on moving my heavy bag in and out of the shuttle.
Upon arrival concierge John was there to take my bags and direct me to where I could buy and ice coffee. I’m not accustomed to that level of service, and he provided the perfect welcome.
The hotel lobby is large with lots of places to sit. The woman working at the sundry shop made me a large iced decaf that hit the spot!
I went to the front desk to ask a Wi-Fi password while I waited for my room to be ready (it was a couple hours before checkin). Kelli not only found me a room, she found me a terrific upgrade — a corner suite with a view of the runway and — I think — maybe even a sunset.
After getting the room assignment, John was there with my bag to accompany me to my room. He set up my case in the valet, turned on the A/C and even fixed a cabinet door before leaving.
The furniture and pool are showing their age, but everything is CLEAN. The bed is super comfortable with lovely linens that are soft. The shower is HUGE. And the restaurant menu looks great!
The concierge John greeted me with excellence providing bell hop service. The staff was warm welcoming for the winter weekend. The rooms were clean and had a great view of the airport. Night skies were phenomenal. I look forward to visiting another time for business stays.

The hotel is a standard airport hotel. It is clean and fairly quiet. Long wait for the hotel restaurant and very few options in the convenient food shop. No shuttle to international airport. Major issue. You have to take the free shuttle to domestic, locate the international shuttle from domestic to make it to international terminal. As an Atlanta resident, major inconvenience. Explore other options. We had to take an uber and he was clueless how to get there. Pretty easy, make a right and it down the street, follow the signs. Didn’t take photos this time because it just a standard airport hotel, nothing to brag about.
I wanted to share what an absolute delight the bell hop/concierge John is. Immediately upon checking he greets you with a genuine smile and warm welcoming presence. John ensures a pleasurable experience from the moment you set foot on the property. He is a true asset and a pleasure to be around. What a treasure of an individual.

Facilities are perfect, plenty of space and the room was amazing
Room was a good size, clean, quiet and functional. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was fine for an overnight between flights.
Despite being an airport hotel with a free shuttle, it was more complex to access than we had hoped. The airport hotel shuttle only services the Domestic terminal. So exhausted international travellers like us have to take another shuttle bus to the Domestic terminal then drag cases down to another area and wait there for the hotel bus.
This whole process took around one and a half hours from exiting arrivals.
