I don’t think guests should have their pets in the dining area can’t fixed their foods and hold a lease too.
Cons:

I have stayed at Drury Plaza Hotel in New Orleans and knew it was pet friendly. The guests in New Orleans didn’t have their pets in the dining area. I saw one of your employee holdings and petting a guest dog that was putting out foods on the bar at dinner.
