Best location, quiet and modern, room perfect.
Pros:

Room was big (for NYC), clean, modern. very quiet hotel. location perfect.

Cons:

window was leaking into the kids' room, was freezing and snowed into the room because of the crazy snowstorm.
Coffee pods not enough or not enough variety.
Not a fan of bar fridges with automatic sensors for payments.

Nothing to complain about!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect!

Room: the room was one of the most cozy rooms i’ve been to. It was a perfect space for our family and had a good view and the cleaner made the beds so good.

Check in: check in went great! It was fast and the people working was super nice and kind.

Restaurant: the restaurant Dabble had fantastic food! We had room service and did not experience the restaurant but the food was amazing!

Atmosphere: the atmosphere in the hotel was super cozy. Perfect lighting, very good corridors and the gym was fantastic! It was very clean also!

We had a fantastic time and are looking forward to stay here again!☺️

The location was great and the room that we stayed at 52nd floor was very cosy they offer free drinks at the lobby. The

The location was perfect and we stayed at 52nd floor the view was great.

Cons:

The room service was really bad. The food and also the way they served it was really bad. It was expensive and not worth it. We ordered a cheese plate and wine and also we ordered pizza. We definitely not recommend the room service and the food.

Pros:

Прекрасное месторасположение, большой номер, все чисто и уютно

Cons:

Достаточно "уставшие" номера, трудно сделать комфортную температуру, вода на 29 этаже очень долго нагревается.
Хотелось вид на Central Park, но в этом отеле его нет.

Pros:

Location is always fantastic to us. The 08 suites have Nice layout which makes the look and feel spacious and comfi, high floor hence less noise. Staff are nice, helpful and supportive. Duty manager was very helpful, informative and generous in compensations when seeking for customer satisfaction.

Cons:

Toilet shower was weak and badly positioned and only give cold water (tough during winter). Extention of stay, specifically for prepaid bookings, is not smooth.

Went to a different check in staff later and she was amazing. So knowledgeable and quick
