The Luxury Collection
Pros:

This is a full service luxury hotel. We went out for the evening, came back to water glasses, bottled water and chocolate on the night stand. The cost of the hotel reflects the location but in the end it was worth it. My family enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
Pros:

Had a great stay. As Bonvoy Platinum, the front desk upgrade me to an amazing suite on the 50th floor. Friendly staff through-out and never had to wait at the desk or restaurant. Breakfast in the restaurant was great as well. Location was perfect if spending time north of Time Square. Easy access to subway too. There was an added fee on my bill that should have not been there,but they quickly refunded that after my stay. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Fantastic experience! Our room was so nice (and had an extremely comfy bed, which is a rarity in hotels), the room service was delicious (I'd highly recommend the continental breakfast), and it was just overall a really great stay.

Pros:

The room was superb and far bigger than expected. Very clean, quiet hotel. Location the best for tourists. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a seperate lounge area. Very unique in NYC!

Wonderful stay at The Luxury Collection
Pros:

We loved our stay. The hotel is wonderful. Rooms are spacious so when you get back from a long day out and about you have room to relax. Everything was super clean, shower hot/strong pressure with an extra vanity in bathroom!
Location is so convenient too. Glad we chose this hotel and will be back!
