Clean, met my needs
Pros:

The shower was nice, the floors were clean, the room was clean, one small thing, the Wi-Fi signal strength wasn’t the greatest. And I was maybe not more than 30 yards from the office if that’s where the signal was coming from. All in all it was good enough for me as long as it was clean and it was. The blanket was a little on the thin side, just a heads up.

Amazing customer service, immaculate rooms!
Pros:

First, the customer service was wonderful. Management is very kind and personable, and their prices are more than reasonable.
Next, the room was immaculate! Everything has been recently refurbished as well. The bathroom was very nice, bed was super comfortable. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hotel/motel!

PRIDE IN OWNERSHIP SHOWS! Very clean updated room! I was leery I've never stayed at Rodeway Inn they are typically shady. THIS IS THE EXCEPTION!
Nice updated modern FURNITURE, walls have fresh paint. Nice wall lamps with working plug-ins for chargers on each side of the bed. HUGE TV THAT WORKS EXC.
Nice large bathroom with with updated tile and sinks, counters etc hair dryer, wall mount shampoo, lotion, etc.
CLEAN COMFORTABLE BEDS with sheets, blanket, and cover. The heat works excellent room was toasty warm it was 17 degrees outside when I checked in.
NICE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK. EASY CHECK-IN.
Beware The parking lot is not made for trucks with trailers!

A good inexpensive option in Murfreesboro
Pros:

The Rodeway Inns are generally not very good hotels but this property is an exception. It looks to be recently refurbished. It was very clean on the outside and the room was clean. Nice flooring in the room and beautiful tile in bathroom. The room has microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and excellent TV. All these items were new.
