Honest and wonderful employee. Took time and effort to take care of me.

Amisha, I think, is a manager of this hotel.
My husband and I stayed here June 25 for one night.
The morning, we left, I sat my toiletry bag down behind the truck, as we were securing the bed. We drove away, left it there. I did not realize it until I was home, in Michigan.
Amisha found my bag, graciously packaged it up and sent it to me. I am beyond grateful. I had medicine and cash in it. EVERYTHING was returned to me. She went above and beyond her duties to get my bag back. THANK YOU, ALISHA! You are an honest and dutiful employee! Sandy S

Pros:

The breakfast had many options. The breakfast room was clean and the food supplies were well attended. The room was clean and had little extras, like coffee and shower items, for our use. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The mattress would have been more comfortable with a thick mattress pad under the sheet or a new mattress. The edges were defined with a thick mattress seem that was uncomfortable. The mattress felt older and needed to be replaced.

Overall great place. Would stay again.
Pros:

Room was very clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable with comfortable pillows. Good WiFi and hot water.

Cons:

Tiny quibbles: fridge did not have freezer compartment and charging plugs in bedside lamp bases did not work when lamp was off for the night.

Pros:

This is an older property but the room we had had been completely updated the carpeting curtains, bathroom fixtures, bed and Furniture. All look new. There was a microwave coffee machine in a refrigerator which is pretty good for a budget place. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The continental breakfast was standard. That is no waffle machine or eggs. The people working here seem to be very nice. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The fact that they did not cancel my reservation when I asked them to. The website was very evasive about getting to the point of canceling it. They kept circling me through the website avoiding me getting confirmation.

The room smelled stale and mold above shower , multiple mornings breakfast wasn’t out during times breakfast was and there was no hot breakfast just things you could buy pre packaged like bread and yogurt
