Everyone was friendly. The room was very quite.
The shower head was extremely high.
Clean and friendly stuff. Right by restaurants and shopping
Na
The location was good. Close to shops and restaurants.
The ac did not work correctly. There was a bug in our room. Light did not work in the bathroom. Staff was useless as far as helping solve the issues.
nothing. Was suppose to be a 2 night stay and we left after first night and drove to Gainesville, GA to stay at the Courtyard Marriot so we could be comfortable.
Musty and moldy smell as soon as you enter the lobby. AC in the room wasn't working. Sheets and furniture were damp and musty. Ended up getting sick the next morning. Power failure for a bit during the night which killed the AC. I'll never stay there again.
The bed bottom was old and tape to hold the bottom up. Surrounding area was abandoned parking lot, really not sure what that area was intended to be or what it was. Very unattractive
It was clean and decent. Conveniently located to the shopping and dining
Excellent hotel. This is in a relatively quiet place north of Atlanta. We wanted to get away from the city before we stopped for the night. It was very convenient to the freeway, and offered a good night of sleep and a clean room. The breakfast was a typical Hampton breakfast. The staff was friendly.
Got there in the afternoon, no reservation, the clerk say , we are almost full up, our rates have gone up in price. What ? I was too tired to go driving around looking for another motel. Then the room didn’t have a working clock, only a broken clock
I had a terrible experience here in fact it will be my final stay at a Hilton property. First the property is in very poor shape. You couldn’t even drive up to check in as the parking lot is all dug up. I had booked a room for two nights and arrived later in the evening on the first night. After going to bed without looking at the thermostat I got cold midway through the night and turned on the heat. It sounded like a jet engine taking off. I complained to the desk in the morning about this and was told “you should have come downstairs and told us” no apologies or asking how they could help. I told them I didn’t want to have to get dressed and come downstairs in the middle of the night. I showed them a video I had taken to record the sound. I asked about the Hilton Satisfaction Guarantee and stated I was not satisfied and I chose to check out. I was handed an invoice for $132.44. Two days later I received a copy via email with a total of $278.48. I called the hotel and spoke with the manager Jamie who stated that my rate was a two day rate and ONLY Hilton could make an adjustment to that. She stated that the satisfaction guarantee did not apply because I didn’t complain until I checked out early (not true I made it clear I was not satisfied when I came to the desk). Upon calling Hilton and speaking with Ishmael who claimed they are the final level of contact for a customer I was told Hilton CAN NOT adjust the rate that ONLY the property can make an adjustment. I was told satisfaction did not apply because I didn’t report it at the time (untrue as I DID make that clear while I was there). So Jamie obviously lied to Hilton just as she lied to me. And my 33 stays this year at Hilton properties means nothing to Hilton in regards to satisfying me in the issue. As such I suggest Marriot or Hyatt properties.
Arrived at approx. 1:10AM hoping to get a few hours of sleep before having to leave by 7:30am. Walked into the room it was blaring heat and 92 degrees...were they trying to kill bed bugs? The AC wouldn't work, there was no way to cool the room, the front desk had a computer issue and couldn't check me in to begin with (maybe this room was blocked in their system?)
Turned off the heat the room remained incredibly uncomfortable until I left in the AM, the room was still 77 degrees. I brought my concerns to the attention to the front desk and was told they would follow up wtih me....over 24 hours have passed no follow up
I selected this hotel for a business trip. I had recently stayed in a Hampton Inn in Warren, MI and it was welcoming and comfortable. I enjoyed my experience at that Hampton Inn. I expected to have the same here in Commerce, GA.... not the case at all.
I booked the hotel for two nights. The first night (11/21/2024) in room 331. I never slept at all.
1. When I walked into the room, I noticed the door did not close on its own, as most hotel doors do. I had to push up on the door to close it.
2. I walk farther into the room, and notice a leaf on the floor from the trees outside.
3. I pick up the remote, and the batteries fall out because there is no back to the remote control to hold them in.
4. I take a shower and notice hair on the towel.
5. I cut on the heat and the room begins to smell like dust.
6. The bed /mattress was extremely uncomfortable.
I reported this to the woman at the front desk and asked what could she do. She said if I had told them immediately, I could've been moved to another room. I told her I thought the entire hotel was in the same condition. There was not a way to get a refund for not using the second night. I switched hotels. I went to Holiday Inn Express (down the street) and had a much better experience.
I do not recommend this hotel. You may save a little money, but you may not feel comfortable in this hotel. You may see some response to this review, as if the staff cares. Trust and believe they don't. It was apparent from the staff member that I spoke with regarding my stay there.
I’ve stayed in better Hampton Inn properties. The room I was in needs an upgrade
The property has several areas that are under construction, but even if there was not construction nearby, there’s a lot of trash laying around the back area that belongs to this property
My go-to travel hotel is Hampton Inn. You can usually be assured of a somewhat modern and clean room and facility as well as the great value of a large selection of breakfast options in the morning. Unfortunately, this property is the absolute lowest quality Hampton Inn I've ever experienced. If it didn't say "Hampton Inn" on the door, I would have thought I'd walked into a Super 8 or Motel 6. This property is not up to the standards of the Hampton Inn name and is a negative mark against the brand. The property and our room smelled a bit musty. There had been a half-hearted attempt at a remodel at some point, but very poorly done. Our bathtub had been painted over and was peeling. The carpet provided little confidence of cleanliness so we walked around with our shoes on, even when walking to the shower. Bedding was itchy and just not comfortable. The staff we did talk to were nice people, polite and courteous, so no points off for the staff, but the franchise owner of this property should not be allowed to use the Hampton Inn name and brand. Very disappointing.
Boss of hotel accused us of selling drugs worst experience ever
Boss of hotel racist
Staff was nice, but hotel is dated, rooms were dirty and dated. Checked out early and transferred to another hotel in town.
