Pros:

Close to Hampton University. Very comfortable beds nice view

Fantastic for what we needed
Pros:

Location was beautiful, rooms were lovely and spacious for what we needed

Cons:

Toilets were slow with flushing, taps in our hotel bathroom the hot wouldn't turn on and the shower tap was a bit hard only turned so far

It was okay
Pros:

The presentation was beautiful. However the hot foods was not as warm as I like and the oatmeal was to stiff, as oppose to be nice and smooth as it should be.

Cons:

Food should have been more appealing. Especially the Oatmeal and not so stick.
Also the parking garage stairway is filthy and somewhat inconveient.

I’m very disappointed with not getting the room that I paid for. My room was not available even after confirming with the Landing directly the day before. I was given a different room which was a lower fee than my original reservation for some reason. I would like to be compensated for the difference in the rooms. I have spoken with the Landing about this snd they would not provide a refund because I booked through a third party.

I love the location and my stas here were previously good but this stay was disappointing.
Pros:

I like the location and cleanliness. I requested adjoining rooms and was issued room two floors apart.
