I loved that it was on the marina and that the rooms were up to date and modern.
At check in I had to swipe my credit card multiple times because of the dates POS system that causes my first card to be locked .The AC unit is super loud and the water pressure for the showers were very low.
Nice employees, clean rooms
No AC, no form of compensation for that fact. Room was almost 80°f even at night
I absolutely loved the view from my room, the cleanness , the location and especially the staff was beyond helpful, kind and friendly. BIG SHOUT OUT to the manager Ant and the bartender Lee y’all were GREAT!!!!

Parking in their garage is not included. The room was clean but the shower is a little old.
The view, the quietness, location, friendly staff, clean , options on TV, walls were not thin, hot water, close proximity to ice and elevators. Staff honored my request to not be disturbed and having coffee and mini fridge was helpful.
I would have liked a bathtub vs a shower, the shower hot to cold was confusing, toilet water pressure, no microwave which would have been helpful.

It is in the perfect location.
The elevators were not functioning, not enough luggage trolleys, the breakfast was over priced for what you get, the hotel really needs some work.
The only thing i liked was the location.
I chose this location for the accommodations however the pool & hot were closed. I was going to sit by the pool while my husband & friends were in a sailing race. Not happy with the hotel. It definitely didn't meant the Hilton standards.
Room was clean and decent
Please do not let the photos fool you, it looks absolutely nothing like the photos, we did arrive late around 11:30pm. We pulled in to a crowd of a loud group smoking pot right outside the door, it was sketchy for sure. Go inside and check in to be told I needed to pay to park which nothing on booking.com lets you know that, all good took care of that. We had to park in a parking garage at the hotel and all the way to the 5th level and again very sketchy and a crowd clearly smoking pot. My husband looked at me and said when we check out tomorrow and come back to our car and it’s not damaged I will be surprise. They were just kinda wondering around the parking garage checking out the cars. No where near a 5 star hotel. Our room did over look the harbor no boats docked and an awful sight of the back area of the hotel with a pool with not a drop of water in it ( June and 90 degrees )and a mess of just junk around the tables and chairs like at the back area of hotel where normally you can relax outside. Most doors were rusty and old and warm out. Lobby needs a major face lift. We did not feel comfortable at any part of the checking in or stay or check out!!
