Pros:

I booked a block of rooms 25 rooms for my daughter’s wedding group. From the beginning, the staff was friendly, accommodating and made the process super easy. They worked with us to assure early check-in for our guest apon arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Pros:

The location was great and the lobby was beautiful. Unfortunately, it went downhill after that.

Cons:

Our linens were moldy/mildewed and disgusting. They brought us new ones and they looked the same. We ended up driving to Target to buy our own. I did not expect this poor level of service from a Hilton. The front desk contacted housekeeping, but we never heard from management and no compensation was ever offered for these poor accommodations.

In addition, the glass shower door fell off the hinges, which could have been quite dangerous. Maintenance came in, but didn’t fix it properly. Hopefully they fixed it before the next guest.

The chair in the room by the window had stains in the seat. I can only imagine what that was so we couldn’t sit there. Overall, the place was in great need of attention and repair.

I won't stay there again. I won't recommend it for others.

Location was ideal.

Cons:

Air conditioner, too dark, noisy, beds not neat, noisy refrigerator, . Promised HVAC repair never happened.
