Close to our location of Knox College

Cons:

Older needs updates. Beds were old not comfortable pull out couch needed to be vacuum out from previous guest. Tub needed to be unclogged.

How the customer service reps greeted you when you walked in, and how clean it was and it was a plus because the pool was open

Cons:

The breakfast was okay but it will be great if the could add pancakes and bacon, maybe some strawberry cream cheese and just not plain for the bagels. Other than that it was ok and everything else was great.

Pros:

Our check in process was a breeze. Danielle was so sweet and welcoming. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, and towels smelled of Clorox. Everyone was so nice and it was a great stay!

Pros:

Location was perfect and the staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely.

Cons:

The entire place needs a makeover. The wall color and the flooring are hideous. The rooms are dark, dated and has a musty smell. Our bathroom still had hair on the floor and sink. The front desk area is way too small and too close to the front door.
