Staff was very nice and my room was clean. Location to the airport was great. Shuttle bus driver was polite and helpful.
We drove up from Alabama a burn and turn trip to drop the nephew off at RMU. The school was less than a mile, food places every where. There was a sandwich shop across the road Priminti Bros or something EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly rooms were up to date amd ready to Sleep!
Only thing was my dad is 81 and road up with us. He is a drama queen about a free breakfast at a hotel! Haha BUT he expects the room to be $29.99 with a golden corral style buffet. They only have a "hot" breakfast on the weekends. BUT the have Hot oatmeal make your own waffles etc. So I was a bit confused I guessed dad was mad the didn't have a egg Benedict haha...Also breakfast runs like 4am to 10 I believe that late because of everyone catching flights
Modern looking rooms, I counted, it has 10 different lights in the room, you can choose your mood.
The toilet and shower could use updating like the rest of the room. Also the Holiday Inn signage marks where still visible so I couldn't exactly tell I was at the right location.
The room was very clean and modern.
It was under construction so some things looked run down but it’s understandable.
The breakfast was available at my early start.

Terrible location for walking. Plan on driving, even if you’re just crossing the road to Primanti’s.

A work in progress, remodeling and moving forward with better newer materials. Shuttle was good. Landscaping was good. Mostly clean. Staffing was very friendly and helpful. One of the top hotels we've stayed at this year. Ranking at the top. Seems like they have their ducks in order. Ongoing remodeling that's a plus. Usually im a critic about being vary judgemental about hotels and my reviews are usually more downgrading than happy. However im really imprest about this hotels outcome.
I know you're in the process of remodeling. However, the parking is confusing, the toilets need to be chair height one piece. The breakfast varieties needs to be hot. Elevators needs updated or remodeling. Beds and pillows needs to be more of a 4 star level. These are not comfortable in any way. Even those being new are cheapest. Not comfortable 😕 Your trees need trimming. Limbs are low. If you want to know what's wrong with your hotel, just ask whoever is staying there.
The very friendly and attentive staff. It was very conveniently close to the airport without the airport noise.
The loose flooring in some areas of the hotel. I understand it was under renovation, but safety is a must. The beds were too soft as well.

The AC fan was super noisy, the 2 employees I talked to didn’t mention I had to sign up for the airport shuttle-I found out the morning of my flight when I needed to leave
