Excellent value, clean rooms, basic breakfast, close to PIT with an airport shuttle!
Pros:

For an overnight stay when flying into PIT and then driving out the following morning to our destination, this hotel was the perfect choice. It was reasonably priced, clean, with nicely furnished rooms, basic breakfast of coffee/tea, yogurt, fruit.

Cons:

It would have been better if there had been somewhere onsite where we could've gotten a sandwich or something simple to eat, but since the hotel next door had a restaurant, this was not too much of a problem.

Cons:

The building did not even have a sign on it. SO hard to find. When I was checking in 2 more parties arrived saying they had a hard time finding it. Google maps could not find it. Huge irritation.
Needs signs at the road, on the building, and inside the lobby.

Wonderful stay! Excellent front desk and maintenance staff
Pros:

Front desk staff and maintenance person were exceptional
We were there during snowstorm and they had to stock breakfast foods due to staff not able to make it in and they even left breakfast open longer since we were snowed in

Loved the location, comfort and yummy breakfasts!
Pros:

Loved breakfast, especially the smaller Belgian waffles! Bathroom was nicely arranged.

Cons:

Our door emergency lock malfunctioned twice during our stay. One of the custodial workers kindly paged maintenance the first time but we were able to use a bit of force to enter. Time 2 was reported to front desk as we checked out and believe it was perhaps a loose screw issue!
