Leaking shower head and when I mentioned to them upon check out, they said it should be listed out of commission until their part comes in to fix it. I realize it was probably an oversight but I also mentioned how there was water on floor in bathroom because of it and an annoying sound Didn’t offer a discount or I’m sorry

Best deal at the Pittsburgh airport!
Pros:

Great location, room was beyond my expectations. Not just cookie cutter but nice touches. I think it was newly Renovated. bed super comfortable.
The staff were attentive and efficient. Kelly was so helpful. The gal there at 3 am When I checked out was alert and quick to process my checkout.

It was very bad.
Pros:

The hotel was tearing apart. Nothing like the reviews and the descriptions online. It was bad. We ended up going to a different place.

Cons:

Hotels lobby entrance was falling apart. Plaster ceiling was damaged heavily. It was very bad.

Excellent value, clean rooms, basic breakfast, close to PIT with an airport shuttle!
Pros:

For an overnight stay when flying into PIT and then driving out the following morning to our destination, this hotel was the perfect choice. It was reasonably priced, clean, with nicely furnished rooms, basic breakfast of coffee/tea, yogurt, fruit.

Cons:

It would have been better if there had been somewhere onsite where we could've gotten a sandwich or something simple to eat, but since the hotel next door had a restaurant, this was not too much of a problem.
