Pros:

Amazing views

Cons:

Not to my standard of clean, alot of dust especially on tea tray which I cleaned myself, on bathroom soap dispensers near sink and along top of mirrors and kettle. Also outside of windows filthy.

We had the best time in Liverpool and will definitely come back and stay again
Pros:

The Staff on reception especially Martin & Daniel were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us both. The breakfast staff while staying were also amazing thank you.

Cons:

The lifts in the morning trying to get down to breakfast took so long as only two of the lifts were working.
Could really have done with a walk in shower as getting in and out of bath for showers was quite difficult for us both.

Emplacement stratégique
Pros:

On paye surtout l'emplacement.

Zníženie kvality hotela
Pros:

Poloha a minulosť hotela

Cons:

V tomto hoteli sme boli už 6 krát. Keď sme pred cca 10 rokmi prišli, bol to jeden elegantný hotel. Teraz sme zistili, že sa z neho stal jeden priemerný hotel - spustnutá fasáda, nízka čistota izby a kúpeľne, za celý pobyt 4 noci nám nikto neprišiel upratať, zašlý nábytok, divne fungujúca klimatizácia. Je nám to ľúto, lebo sme tu zažili pekné časy. Dúfajme, že sa to zmení k lepšiemu.

Great location
Pros:

The location

Cons:

Walls to the bedroom were very thin meaning I could hear everything going on in the next room. As a result my sleep quality was very poor.
