Great location, comfortable large bed,
Room was really warm no windows to open and no water bottles
Location great & fab views from the roof terrace. Staff polite & helpful. Room only serviced every 3 days, but this is clearly stated in the room & was not a problem for us. Great shower. Comfy bed. Great value for money & we would return.
Lifts very slow.
Claustrophobic rooms and coridors. I woke up early and felt trapped in the room. The air was stale, the coridor air had more oxygen. The windows need to open and the aircon needs to pump more oxygen. I would say it was barly leagal. I will only be staying in hotels with opening windows in the future. So not Atlantic Tower.
Location, and parking
Nothing really ⁸
We had a brilliant view of the Liver building.
Breakfast was of good quality produce
Right where we needed to be friendly
Good spot good facilities
Friendly staff
Cheap, clean and comfortable!
Nothing really apart from not being given instructions on parking until after we’d paid for the expensive multi storey.
Lovely place and easy access to train.
We also got upgraded to suite which was amazing did not expect that, the staff are also really nice and helpful. The room itself was really nice just a few updates would make it perfect
The roof bar was closed, the room for being a suite could have had a little more eg fresh milk in the fridge for coffee and sweetener.
Bath has a big chunk taken out of side needs fixing.
The AC units didn’t really work either so room was hot.
Nice clean room, nicely decorated.
Not enough milk etc in the room.
the location was perfect and was close to the shopping center too and the room was clean, tidy, comfortable
Location was good.
It was very dated. The food was not good. I had to pay £10 per room to check in at 1:45 (early) . We paid nearly £600 for 2 rooms , which was a total rip off, i was really disappointed.
Amazing location, had a really comfortable stay, slept really well, very handy car park
Room decor needed a bit of a refresh but was still clean and tidy
The staff were all lovely!! and the location on the docks is nice. Especially if you like cruise ships you can see them from your room.
Quite a dusty room. Has been cleaned but obviously quite a while ago, breakfast was not good at all Im afraid. There were fruit flies all over the fruit and yogurt . Microwaved unflavoured breakfast :( we bought two days of breakfast but cancelled the second one after the initial one was bad.
