It was fine for one night but I won’t be rushing back, despite the lovely staff.
Pros:

Not a lot. It’s tired and long overdue for a big renovation. But the staff are super lovely. Can’t fault their friendliness and professionalism. The shower was quite nice.

Cons:

It’s tired. The lifts creak. The beds are super uncomfortable. It all just feels a bit grubby.

Pros:

Location was fantastic for us. Great view of the liver building lit up from the bar terrace at night.

Cons:

Not enough lifts for the size of hotel and the two that were in use we're very slow when stopping on so many floors. A lower floor would have elevated this for us as we were on the 11th we relied on the lift.

My Short Working Break in Liverpool, at the Atlantic Tower.
Pros:

The Location was Brilliant, and only a 15 - 20 minutes walk, from the City Shopping Centre as in (Liverpool One), & the Albert Dock, the (Liver) Building & the Beatles Museum, we're only a Short Walk away as Well, Plus Several Railway Stations were Close at hand too!. Overall, a Brilliant location to Stay in, to Explore Liverpool.

Cons:

Well, there were (5) issues really, that came to mind. The Room was a little Disappointing, with Hardly any Body Wash, Shampoo, and / or Conditioner, in the Bathroom. There was just a Solitary Dispenser in the Shower Area.The Labelling on the Dispenser was not, Really that Clear, to be Honest!. There was an Absence of a 2nd Dispenser, which was Noticeable?. Anyway, Suffice to Say, this was a Bit Disappointing. There was a Full Hand Wash Dispenser, by the Wash Basin though, So that was good .The Air Con a bit was too Noisy, So i had to turn it off - to finally get off to Sleep. There was a Clump of Human Hair left in the Plug Hole of the Bath, and a Loose Reading Light on one Side of the Bed.Finally,the Ironing Board was in Several Pieces, So if no use for immediate use, if needed. The View from the Room was Okay, and Understandably you Cannot always have the Best of Views at any Hotels, and that's Understandable.The Reception Staff were Friendly and Helpful, in Providing Extra Tea & Coffee items, and towels, Etc. The 2 Breakfasts I had at the Hotel were Superb though, and the Balcony on the 2nd Floor was Great, Showing all of those Superb Views of the Albert Dock & those other Iconic Landmarks, that I mentioned Earlier!.😊👍

Good staff good location but beds the springs where sticking into my back . Walls paper thin.

The beds where gone and we could hear people next door ,most of the night.

Beds need replacing and slabbed insulation between the walls.

Prima en niet meer dan dat.
Pros:

Goede ligging vlakbij de docks en limestraat station. Ook de binnenstad ligt op een paar honderd meter. Goede restaurant en cafés in de buurt.

Cons:

Gedateerd hotel. Wij hadden een airco die om de 20 minuten aansloeg en dan zoveel herrie maakte dat je er onmogelijk bij in slaap kon vallen. Tweede nacht maar uitgezet. Er is geen standaard roomservice voor 2 nachten. Wil je nieuwe handdoeken dan moet je daar zelf om vragen.

Good breakfast, lovely staff. The price was a bit dearer than last time, but there was a big football match that weekend, so it is to be expected. Staff were very accomodating.
