Pros:

Location

Cons:

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from February 22nd to 26th, 2026. The hotel's location is excellent, but that's where the positives ended for us.
The hotel has double-glazed windows that don't open, so the room smelled strongly of dampness and was tightly ventilated.
Furthermore, the dirty windows obscured the beautiful view of the Liverpool Blitz Memorial.
The air conditioning was poor. The room was rarely cleaned—once every 3-4 days. I had to go to reception to get clean towels. The internet wasn't working properly. And most importantly, we weren't satisfied with the customer service. Several situations arose in which we would have liked better treatment. Perhaps it was because we're not British. The hotel still hasn't responded to my messages.
I'm giving it 2 stars only because of the good location.

Cons:

Had 6 rooms booked over 2 bookings but it took the guy on reception 30 mins to distribute key cards. He could not read the booking.
£5 to leave bag for 1 hour after check out is too expensive

Comfy beds. Nice location. About it.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, nice location.

Cons:

Had issues with an item being taken, spoke to the staff regarding it and it’s the same as any hotel they’re gonna deny it. But things don’t just disappear. Left a sour taste.

Also had a an unclean bed upon arrival, was offered a different room, but still, to walk in and have marks on bedding wasn’t great.

Wouldn’t return due to the issues.

Pleasant and comfortable, excellent location
Pros:

Location was fantastic.
Staff were pleasant and accommodating especially at breakfast
Pleasantly quiet at night and beautiful view

Cons:

No open windows in room.
Kettle cord was too short (doesn’t reach table top)
Fridge would have been nice and proper bedside tables with drawers.
No toilet brush and dripping shower.
Outside of building needs TLC asap.
Expensive car park fees that you are not made aware of until you get there.
