Great experience. Gordie and Will were great! Higly recommend.
This place is fantastic. My husband and I just returned from 5 nights in Palm Springs and I would not hesitate to return to Palm Springs or this hotel. The hospitality and generosity of the staff were unmated by any hotel I've stayed on vacation. They sent wine to our room and moved us to a better location in the hotel after night 1. You will be very fortunate if you have any interactions with Mira (spelling might be off here) or their head concierge Gordie. The location is fantastic and walkable to the the main strip with shopping and restaurants and some of the coolest neighbourhoods in Palm Springs. The rooms were great, air conditioning worked wonderful, views beautiful. No the hotel isn't new so there are a few tired spots on the pool desk etc. but nothing that would make me think twice about coming. My ONLY two criticisms are 1- I wish there was an adult only pool/ pool area. I realize I chose a family resort but I have never been splashed, kicked, or sprayed water on more when trying to relax at the pool, as I did here. 2- the gym was nice, but many of the treadmills are broken, as with other cardio equipment. Running outside in the morning was however a great option in lieu of the gym. If you are on the fence, book here. Especially if you have kids, book here. If you are looking for a quiet romantic resort, book here but beware the pool kiddos!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We were greeted by Kean at the front desk who was so friendly and fun. He’s upgraded us to a great corner room and always remembered my name every time I passed by. They had a complimentary cocktail hour and Gordie was the bartender extraordinaire who we later saw working many other positions. The next morning we were pleasantly greeted by both men and sent on our way feeling we had made new friends. Thanks from the Prager’s
Room and pool view lovely but bathroom was distressed.
Pool lawn chairs are too stiff.
The service is top notch and could not say any more. From check in everything went smooth

Loved our Cochella stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs — clean, comfy, great vibes all around.
The Renaissance Palm Springs is an amazing hotel if you want to stay during Coachella! It’s clean and conveniently near the shuttle stop!
Top notch service and gorgeous hotel. Gordy and will were so helpful.
This is a very good experience
Clean room, cute pretty mirror and nice decor! Comfortable bed
This is a perf location for a getaway! Our first time in Palm Springs & I can’t wait to come back here!
There are many great things about this hotel. Our room was Excellent. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Mat at the bar (T, W, Thur) was amazing!! He should have a pay raise. But we came here specifically for a 3 day much needed Pool R&R. I called prior to coming to absolutely make sure the pool was heated. Savana and John at the front desk assured me it was. When we got here, we rushed to the pool only to find out the POOL IS FREEZING COLD!! DEFINITELY NOT HEATED as Advertised!! Everyone was talking about this around the pool area. It's not comfortable. They do have a jacuzzi, however it was PACKED WITH LITTLE KIDS everyday!... even though the sign clearly says "This is an Adult Only Spa". I love kids but this was a moshpit of them jumping, splashing, etc. No one on the staff (or parents) were enforcing the Adult Only Spa, in fact often times there wasn't a parent in sight. So it was wall-to-wall with kids all 3 days. Imagine going on vacation and the one thing you went to enjoy, was like stepping into an ice bucket challenge every time. Very misleading; we are so disappointed.
