This hotel was expensive, uncomfortable , and an unpleasant stay.
Pros:

The property was close to the Palm Springs Convention Center

Cons:

I requested a room with a king size bed and pull out couch. Upon arrival, there was no pull out couch. We call to inform the front desk. We were only offered a blow up mattress. The mattress seemed well enough until it sprung a leak about 2:00 am leaving my 6’ tall son cramped on a small seating couch.

Given Another Chance, I Would Stay Elsewhere
Pros:

The cost and location. The front desk staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The air conditioning compressors are OLD and NOISY! Even a hotel engineer admitted it.

I tried two rooms. Same experience. So, even in very hot weather, I turned off the AC unit.

The mini-refrigerator also buzzed loudly (in the first room). Not for light sleepers.

In parts of the hotel, there is a musty smell.

$30.00 for parking there is a total ripoff, in my opinion.

Great stay overall!
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The staff went over and beyond to ensure my family was able to stay together on the same floor.

Cons:

The pool had a lot of bugs in it. Tried to find someone to skim the pool. The lounge chairs by the pool were worn and busted. They put the bad chairs upfront and the new ones in the back which made no sense. One plug in the bathroom used for blow drying hair didn’t work. Had to move to the sink.

Pros:

I was greeted upon arrival, which is rare these days. The gentleman in the front was astonishing and friendly. I commend him for his great service! Too bad I didn't get his name.

Cons:

Nothing at all! The hotel was gorgeous and it smells SUPER good!
