Amazing staff, great facilities and locations, would love to come back!

Such a nice property and awesome staff
Pros:

Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel is modern and chic property. I enjoyed my stay there for several days while I was at a conference at a nearby hotel. First night, Gordie recommended Bar Issi and helped us with the reservation. The restaurant was so good and we thoroughly enjoyed Gordie’s recommendations. They even gave us a complimentary bubbles, courtesy of Gordie. Next time when I’m in Palm Springs, I intend to stay here again. Thank you!!!

Rooms need thorough deep cleaning
Pros:

The manages, Justin and Will tried to be as accommodating as they could. I give them credit and the staff in general were professional and friendly. However, I was very disappointed in our rooms. Both, the lobby Carpets and rooms are gross!. The hotel rooms need updated amenities and a thorough cleaning. I requested the purification room and the purifier did not work. I called twice and the engineer never arrived. we had to switch our rooms a day after we arrived because we found dried vomit on the side of the bed!!! The carpets are horrendous... dirty/stained.

Perfect place to stay in Palm Springs
Pros:

The Renaissance was the perfect location. It was a quiet area but super close (5 minute walk) to great coffee, bars and food and the spa (you must try it). Our balcony was a great place to watch the sunrise; faced the opposite direction but watching the sun light up the mountains was beautiful. We were never there at sunset but I’m sure it was an incredible view.
We loved the pool area; and spent an hour or two there every afternoon.perfect spot to relax with a drink after a morning of hiking or exploring the downtown area before getting ready to go out again.
Finally, Gordie (the concierge) was an amazing wealth of information. Our first day, I was a little on the fence about if I wanted to go to a certain place for dinner/show. He was pouring free drinks next to the desk and when I asked his opinion he told me all about the show, owner and how much he recommended it. We went and loved it. Later in the week he made us reservations a few times, lots of recommendations which we loved and would never have found on our own. Basically, he really helped make this a memorable trip for us.

Pros:

This is a really beautiful property with large pool area and plenty of seating, so everyone feels comfortable! Will be back for sure :) Ther service was excellent and had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations!
