Awesome Stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. It was peaceful, welcoming, and made for a very pleasant stay. The following staff members made a lasting impression by providing phenomenal customer service: The Front Desk Team- Sydney, Mayra, Alexandra, and Kean. They were all friendly, informative, professional, and had wonderful personalities. I would also like to recognize Janet and Sylvia from thw Date Restaurant. They were exceptional and made our breakfast experience enjoyable by attentive and accommodating.

All these individuals are a tremendous asset to your hotel. Please acknowledge them for their outstanding service and dedication.

Amazing place and experience
Pros:

The service at this hotel is superb. Both Gordon and Linette helped us check-in and even accommodated us with complimentary champagne for my partner's birthday. They definitely deserve 5 stars for the above and beyond service. Definitely coming back just because of them!

Staff could use training refresh.
Pros:

Room was clean & comfortable.

Cons:

They wanted $40 to park, I parked off site on the street.
When I checked out they asked if they could email my receipt & verified my email. It was incorrect someone, maybe at check in made up an email. I gave her my correct email. Also when I looked at my account a couple of days later there was a $50 charge pending.
