Щиро дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок! Проживання з 13 по 18 липня в 118 номері готелю залишило лише найприємніші враження. Персонал надзвичайно привітний, уважний і професійний. Будь-яке наше прохання виконувалося миттєво, з щирим бажанням допомогти.
Окремо хочеться відзначити сніданки – дуже смачні, свіжі та різноманітні. Щодня був великий вибір страв, тому кожен міг знайти щось до смаку.
У готелі постійно підтримуються чистота й порядок: номери та всі спільні зони завжди охайні й доглянуті.
Щиро рекомендуємо цей готель усім, хто цінує комфорт, гостинність та високий рівень сервісу. Обов'язково повернемося ще! 🌿

Pros:

Praktisch war der pool und die Lage. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war für Italien gut und reichlich.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straße ohne Meerblick weil keines mehr frei war. Die Ausstattung in diesen Zimmern ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht mehr zumutbar. Die Meerblick Zimmer dürften neuer sein. Abgesehen von der Extrem lauten Musik einer Bar direkt hinter dem Hotel,war auch der Straßenlärm sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage war auch sehr laut und hat permanent getropft und es war somit der Boden im Zimmer beim Eingang ständig nass. Wir mussten Handtücher am Boden legen damit das Wasser nicht bis zum Bett läuft. Der Schimmel Geruch war auch nicht sehr Angenehm. Die Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen. Für das parken werden 20€ pro Tag verrechnet. Je nach Status und Auto bekommt man dann den schönen Parkplatz oder den Schotterparplatz neben dem Müll im Hinterhof.

L'emplacement direct en bord de mer.

Cons:

Hôtel à fuir...Literie très très inconfortable, salle de bain insalubre cabine de douche minuscule.
Clim qui fonctionne pas et fuit ainsi que la chasse d'eau. Piscine extérieur pas entretenue eau trouble.
Personnel qui ne fait aucun effort, mal poli à croire qu'on les dérange quand on leurs posent une question . Parking très cher.
J'y mettrais plus jamais un pied...une horreur!!!!
Franchement mérite à peine 1 étoile.

Ho pernottato già diverse volte in questo hotel e ci tornerò sicuramente
Pros:

Posizione centralissima e comoda per tutti i servizi
Terrazzo all'ultimo piano con vista meravigliosa
Le ragazze della reception molto gentili e disponibili

Cons:

Colazione buona ma si può migliorare ancora
Le stanze singole non sono all altezza di un 4 stelle
La struttura esteticamente avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento
