Rent og pænt. Godt morgenmad og venligt personale. Tæt ved fjorden og byen. Gode senge og dejlig lyst værelse

Ein sehr schöner Osteraufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Hotel
Pros:

Die tolle Lage oberhalb der Kieler Förde ist sehr schön. Sofern man mit einem Hund dort im Hotel ist hat man die Möglichkeit vor dem Hotel auf einer Wiese spazieren zu gehen was sehr angenehm ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Preis mit nur zehn Euro in diesem schönen Hotel ist ein Hund gut untergebracht.
Die Restaurants sind sehr gut ausgestattet das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Unterhalb der Woche allerdings etwas eingeschränkt. Was nicht stört Schwimmbad Saunabereich und das kleine Fitnessstudio sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Buchung hatten wir bereits im vorigen Jahr vorgenommen hatten zwei Zimmer nebeneinander bestellt. Das hat nicht geklappt. Auch der Wunsch nach einem Nackenstützkopfkissen wurde uns versprochen war bei Anreise aber nicht erfolgt. Das Personal hat sich Mühe gegeben und ich hab dann doch noch mein Nacken Stützkissen bekommen.

Nicht schlecht, aber mit Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

Super Frühstück, sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit einem tollen Bad. Ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer. Gemütliche Bar im Haus.

Cons:

Zimmer erst nach 15 Uhr bezugsfertig (Check in sollte ab 15 Uhr sein). Personal an der Rezeption (am Anreisetag) nicht besonders kundenorientiert (positiv ausgedrückt). Um zum Zimmer zu gelangen, mußten man mit Koffer , erst eine Treppe rauf und dann eine Treppe runter. Es gab keinen Aufzug um zu unserem Zimmer zu gelangen, was sehr mühselig war. Es wurde auch keine Hilfe angeboten.

Wir sind begeisterte Stammkunden !! Alles toll !

Es werden die Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt ! Wasser wird nicht erneuert ! Ohne Minibar 1 Wasserflasche ist bei dem Preis nicht möglich! 2 Personen !! Sehr schade , denn die Regelung ist neu !
