I need composition because only there I have to pay. Nothing I get.
Pros:

Nothing to like there. That was worst experience. Not expected from booking.com.

Cons:

This staying spoiled my mood and trip. Dirty washroom, ac was broken, bed sheet and towels was not proper.

Just avoid the room.
Pros:

nothing is good, just avoid the hotel, staffs and the managers refused to allot the room in the price I booked from booking.com asked higher price for the same room. Just think what you'll feel after reaching to the hotel if the manager refused to give you the room at your price... pathetic experience.

Don't recommend to any one to stay there the location is good but the hotel experience was bad
Pros:

They have not provide any break first to us infact there have no kitchen or fooding option. If you want to take any meal then you have to go near by restaurants for getting it.

Cons:

Very much durty rooms fully damp in all over the wall and furniture. Only 2 stuffs were there but they did not bother about any requirement of yours after enter into your room telephone was dead I couldn't contact with reception for any emergency. Just worst staying experience of us fortunatly we have to stay for just 1 night so we were manage other wise if we had to stay for 1 day more then it was required to change the hotel.

After booking, I called to let them know I am coming. Despite that, the room was unclean and the bedsheet had stains.
It felt as if it was cleaned long back and left like that. Dust had accumulated on the floor.
Not good. Just the location happens to be in their favour. And then at 10:30 only, the caretaker was impatient with regards to checkout at 11. Empty hotel no guests. I have stayed at better properties having regular flow of guests. Even they are not that impatient with regards to checkout.
