Personnel fantastique dans un hotel calme au coeur de ville: une belle trouvaille !

Amabilité exceptionnelle du personnel (Mariana) qui nous a bien rendu service pour trouver la meilleure solution à un problème logistique que nous avions
Hotel très sympathique au coeur de la vieille ville de Saint Nicolas à 2 pas de la gare et de l'église qui vous berce de son tintement toutes les 15 minutes ! Sinon très calme.
Excellent petit déjeuner
Très bonne literie et bonne taille de chambre
Petit restaurant/pizzeria juste en face et commerce de dépannage à 2 pas.

Very Good - Recommended
Pros:

Very good location, close to station, easy access to Zermatt. Easy automatic check in and arriving late evening is no problem. Friendly staff in morning, cleaning was good.

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Einfacher Check-in. Ab 7 Uhr gab es ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas dunkel und quasi ebenerdig direkt zur Gasse raus.

Sauber, zweckmässig, sehr schön renoviert

Cons:

Morgens 7.40 frühstücksbuffet quasi leergeräumt! Ausser 2 brötchen, ein Croissant, zwei scheiben schinken und 3 joghurts gab es nichts mehr… und das personal schien es nicht wirklich zu kümmern…

Very clean and tidy, but let down by lack of staff to resolve issues with the equipment in the room.
Pros:

Very clean and tidy. Mari the waitress was very friendly and polite at breakfast.

Cons:

We were not able to make a hot drink as the Nexpresso machine in our was broken. With the hotel being a self check-in there was no staff available to assist with a replacement.
