Eine ruhige Oase nach einem erlebnisvollen Tag in überfülltem Zermatt
Pros:

Nach einem lebhaften Aufenthalt in Zermatt war die Übernachtung in St. Niklaus eine ruhige Oase. Das Hotel ist neu, modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet (inkl. Kaffee/Tee Nespresso Maschine). Das Doppelbett super bequem. Das Einchecken war voll automatisch mit der Option telefonisch Wünsche einzugeben. Frühstück war für den Hotelpreis und die Hotelgrösse ok. Alles sauber, die Frühstücksdame freundlich.

Cons:

Das einzige Schwierigkeit ist der Transfer vom Hotel zum Bahnhof, falls man schwere Koffer mit Roller hat, da es bergauf geht und der Weg steinig ist.

Atendeu as expectativas, era bem próximo a estação de trem, café da manha OK, self check-in bem intuitivo.

O quarto era bem menor do que parece, e a falta de recepção as vezes é ruim.

整體很棒、早餐也很喜歡，但是離策馬特還是有段距離，交通不是那麼方便，但是相較房價較平易近人

We are deeply disappointed as it was a very disrespectful hosting.
Pros:

It was very clean and really well designed

Cons:

The idea of pure self check in is a joke. No one was available by phone for immediate questioning, and we had to figure out for more than a hour where is free the parking of the hotel, and eventually we had to park very far away from the hotel and it wasn’t free. In addition, in the morning when we used the elevator we saw used bed sheets thrown on the floor. We payed a decent amount and the bare minimum is to respect the guest by welcoming them. Disgraceful.

Pros:

Really pretty small room we really enjoyed the stay we was the only people in the hotel and they still made a really cute and nice breakfast buffet for just the 2 of us really cute also the lady on the breakfast was really friendly and nice. The room was super clean and cute i love it.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern, das Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich. Sehr gut war auch das Frühstück. Super Lage wegen Nähe zum Bahnhof. Gutes Abendessen gabs im Gasthaus gegenüber.

Un peu de stress au moment de l’enregistrement sur la tablette de la réception sans aide humaine…
