Pros:

I waited for this moment! I don't want to recommend this place for many reason, especially room is not really clean at all! My first night here is not comfortable at all, we can't sleep because of 2hrs. Black out, everything was shout off just in our room! I couldn't even reach the customer service since it was 3:00am, I was hesitant to call the cellphone # since it was in mid. Morning, so what I did, I message into given groupchat and I think the personal cellphone. After 2 hrs. Of waiting finally somebody try to reach me out. check what happened

Not happy and disappointed
Pros:

I was transferred to a different OYO accommodation since what I paid for was less than what should be paid for the place. I was not informed of this right away and nothing was indicated in the instructions. I had to call several people when I got there. Plus what they gave me is twin beds instead of a double bed. I asked to be moved with a double bed, but they said that was indicated in my booking which was really not and that they said that they are fully booked. Disappointing experience overall.

SUPER TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Pros:

This is a messed up booking. First they put me in a room that has no beddings and towels - - as in it was just a unit a bare unit with a bed and AC, nothing else. It took them almost an hour to sort things out! Then they transferred me to a different room and when I looked for the free toiletries and the bottled water, they said there's none. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! Imagine, no tissue and there's no water coming out from the bidet?!!! Wala ring tabo!!! My GOODNESS!!! There was a slight hint of pee smell in one corner of the room and the room has lots of small roaches. I DEMAND A SORT OF COMOENSATION HERE!
