Bed sheets in horrible condition. Friendly staff

The staff at the reception is very kind and helpful. Location is fine also.

Cons:

We went into the first room at 4th floor at checkin, the window handle was cometely broken and the window itself was tied with an iron wire to the wall and didnt close properly. The bed sheets smelled fresh but there were a lot of coloured stains on them. We asked a room change because of the window problem.
The second room was more problematic because the bed mattress was in horrible condition and the pillow had large mold stains on one of the sides. The bed linen had holes in it. See the fotos. I asked again for a room change and the third room was habitable, bed sheets still with a lot of stains but without particular smell.

Our Leisure Time With OYO Sangci Condotel
Pros:

Rooms are clean wd cold aircon.

Cons:

Better if we completed the whole cycle of a 1 day or 24 hours of stay. with complete toiletries like towels to be use by all the guests in the room, soap and paste, as well as kettle for hot water and bottled mineral water..thank you anyway for our stay..God bless OYO Sangco Condotel..!
