Gute Lage zum Flughafen, aber unfreundliches und wenig kundenorientiertes Personal

Die Lage in fußläufiger Nähe zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation und das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter ist nicht kundenfreundlich. Ich hatte mich bei meiner Buchung versehen und eine Woche später gebucht. Das habe ich aber direkt nach Abschluss der Buchung festgestellt und entsprechend angezeigt. Booking war sehr kundenfreundlich und bereit die Buchung kostenfrei anzupassem oder zu stornieren. Das Hotel hat nur sehr verzögert kommuniziert und war nicht bereit, die Buchung anzupassen. Ich wurde gezwungen, eine neue Buchung zu machen und die falsche Buchung einfach verfallen zu lassen. Im Ergebnis habe ich für die Übernachtung das Doppelte bezahlt. Sehr enttäuschend und wenig kundenorientiert. Für mich ein Grund, das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel zu buchen.

Neues Hotel gut Isoliert.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage und es kann nur ein kleines Fenster geöffnet werden, leider kam fast keine kühle Luft reingekommen ist.

Eine Dame war sehr freundlich, aber die Kollegin (Hausdame?) war schon sehr genervt dass wir etwas vor Anreisezeit ankamen. Das Zimmer war angeblich nicht fertig, für einen Aufpreis wäre es aber fertig?!
Na ja wie auch immer, die Lage zum Flughafen ist spitze und das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig.
