Good for backpackers.
Pros:

Its a special experience. Lots of staff in the lobby watching TV. If you have found out who the receptionist on duty is he is really friendly and helpfull.
Simple rooms with airco, ven and hot water.
Breakfast : bread and coffee.
Close to the airport and 100 m. from Gare Routière côté ouest.
Its for your first or last night in BF only. Don't stay longer.
If you go to the nearby gasstation you do have a great view on what's happening in this part of the city with all special ways to travel. The airco gasstation is clean and good coffee and cold beer.
Nearest reasonable (Pizza and garlic chicken are the best) restaurant is : "Le Jardin d'Afrique" 10 minutes (500 CAF) by taxi.
