Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt über Ostern
Pros:

Die Lage, das Frühstück war ok .
Das Personal beim Frühstück und am Abend außerordentlich freundlich.
Die junge Dame an der Rezeption ist dermaßen freundlich und zuvorkommend, man erlebt das nicht oft . Vielen Dank dafür.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt an sich war OK, das Zimmer in Ordnung, das Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber bzgl. Anpassung an der Buchung.
Zunächst wurde ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene +1 Kind gebucht (Laut Zimmerbeschreibung "Kostenlose Übernachtung für ihr Kind. Ihr Kind (12 Jahre alt) kann hier ohne zusätzliche Gebühren übernachten").
Der Betreiber hat sich schnell gemeldet und geschrieben, dass das Zimmer zu klein für ein Zustellbett ist und das Kind dann mit im Bett schlafen müsste. Daraufhin haben wir umgeplant und geschrieben, dass das Kind nicht mitkommt und darum gebeten, sich kurz zu melden, wenn noch was zu klären wäre.
Am Ende muss ich für das Doppelzimmer den Preis für 3 Personen zahlen, obwohl ich alleine übernachtet habe.
Die Begründung war, dass ich das auf booking.com hätte ändern/stornieren müssen...
Ich werde hier nicht mehr übernachten.

Superschöne Lounge, tolles Restaurant! Sehr nettes Personal in Hotel und Restaurant.

Cons:

Ein Stühlchen mehr im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen, aber es gab ja diese wunderbare Lounge.

Tolles Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis, vorbildliches Personal

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer, erstklassige Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr gerne haben wir auch im Restaurant im Hotel gegessen, das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die Cocktails im Hotelrestaurant, die mit Beilage (Nüsse und Oliven) serviert werden. Ein Gedicht!
