Best customer service best location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, best customer service in the area and perfect location close to everything. Their staff is very friendly and very accommodating the restaurant on site is fantastic.

Above & Beyond Hospitality!
Pros:

This hotel has exceptional service & quality rooms! I was incredibly overwhelmed by how well each employee does their job.

When I arrived I was offered a glass of lemon water that was brought to me upon check-in. I arrived too early to get into my room, but by the time I came back my luggage was already in my room.

I was celebrating my birthday at this hotel and they surprised me with a birthday note and piece of cake!

When I left for an early departure, the concierges did their best to help me find the best transportation. One of them even went so far as to check the bus station for me and wait outside in the early morning/dark hours and waited to make sure a bus came to pick me up!

They go ABOVE and BEYOND here!

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great location! 2 blocks to metro and to 2 of the Gaudi designed houses.

The hotel atmosphere was welcoming and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The bar/restaurant was wonderful with both food and drinks being great.

Room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Never heard any noise.

Great value! Couldn't have asked for a better place for my stay in Barcelona.

Affable and helpful employees
Pros:

While it was pricey (maybe too pricey), I am a Hilton guy; so that is why I chose the hotel. It was certainly acceptable and the location was excellent. Frankly, the best part of the hotel were the friendly and helpful employees (Agnese, Laura and the rest of the front desk crew).

best place to be when in BCN

As everybody emphasizes to be on great place you need to be at location location and location
Alexandra Curio is exactly that
Located in heart of the Never sleeps city
Walking distance form city top tourist attractions but at evenings and nights are quiet and you may easy relax and prepare for tomorrow's adventures
Food at Solomo restaurant is awesome
We enjoyed our stay and we will return again

Nice Stay
Pros:

Had a great experience at this hotel. Note there are many different room types and from what I hear the basic room is very small so take note when you book. We had a king room with pull out couch and view of courtyard. I originally wanted a room with the pictured "chill out" area but when I looked at the room while at the hotel it was not as spacious as ours and I didn't like the layout as much. Reception was great, always willing to go the extra mile. Bartenders were also awesome. Location is in a good area with bars and restaurants close by but more high end stores than you would find in the gothic quarter for example. I would recommend this hotel.

café da manhã fraco, sem um bom pão, sem variedade, café de máquina sempre GELADO, todo dia GELADO, e quando pedi para a moça me trazer um café quente, disse que nao podia, sendo que no REVEILLÓN recebemos cafés quentíssimos de dentro da cozinha.
