A local but quiet experience in the heart of the city
Pros:

Loved the local, authentic feel of the rooms. Well appointed. Good location. Great staff who went out of their way to serve. Excellent local food and drink!

Cons:

Same plate of food was served 4-5 different ways depending who was on duty and so sometimes feel short of expectation of previous order eg salads.

Lovely hotel in a great location with friendly staff.
Pros:

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We were assisting a gentleman who is a wheelchair user and the location of this hotel was what initially what attracted us to this hotel, however, the staff, cleanliness, room and facilities were what made our stay so much easier and enjoyable.

Great room, food, location and staff.
Pros:

This hotel was really great. One of the best rooms we've ever had with Hilton. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and we would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Barcelona. If you stay there, don't forget to try the steaks in their wonderful restaurant. You're also right around the corner from Barcelona's Rodeo Drive.

Clean Efficient and Pleasant!
Pros:

Excellent Hotel and service. Every member of staff is polite friendly, helpful and good natured. The rooms are high spec and very clean and fresh.
It is very nice to have such a warm welcome from check in to breakfast.
There is a pool area but sadly I did not have time to enjoy this.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very accommodating providing meal selections as well as directions throughout the area. The highlight for me was the professionalism and friendly smile, daily, from the staff. If I ever return to Barcelona, this is the hotel for me!

Pros:

O atendimento no checkin pelo Sr. Juanjo foi excepcional. Foi muito ate cioso e gentil. Nos ajudou com varias dicas de localização. A localização é excelente. Várias opções de restaurantes, bares e lojas. O quarto era funcional, com armário espaçoso. Uma area externa com bar e piscina.

Cons:

A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. A impressão que nos passou é que a cama era arrumada e as toalhas trocadas diariamente, mas o chão nao recebia muita atenção.

Wonderful hotel, great staff, fantastic location
Pros:

A beautiful and very clean hotel, great restaurants and bars (wonderful food and service), helpful and friendly staff. The location is fantastic - we walked to wonderful stores and cafes. Start sightseeing when you arrive: we were able to easily walk to the two Gaudi houses from the hotel our first day. Great location for cruise ship passengers.

Pros:

This hotel is fantastic! It’s nestled in the heart of the city within easy walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. The rooms are newly modernized beautifully and the service and staff are courteous and extremely helpful! We would stay here again without a 2nd thought!
