Pros:

Nothing was perfect. The hotel denied to agree for price offered by booking.com. Having no option i was pushed to pay extra price for my pre booked stay.

Horribly unprofessional
Cons:

I was given a booking confirmation for a room at Rs 854. However when I reached in the time slot I had mentioned ( between 10 pm and 11 pm) at 10 pm , I was told that they will provide me only a room at Rs 1300/-. The room that I had booked was not available. When I showed my reservation, they just coldly insisted I take the room they offer or leave. Not to speak of any apologies or trying to to give me a room as per my rate of booking as already confirmed. The staff was rude and even threatened to call the police, when I expressed my dismay and their unprofessional behaviour.

A complete disappointment — misleading photos, dirty rooms, and unprofessional service.
Pros:

There is absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. It’s not a real hotel at all — just some flats converted into rooms. The photos online are completely misleading and do not match the reality.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. It is not a proper hotel — it’s more like a regular apartment converted into rooms. Do not rely on the photos shown online; they are completely misleading. The actual condition of the room was very poor — dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what was promised. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and to make matters worse, they refused to provide a bill. I would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

Staff is very unfriendly, they turned down every after having a confirmed booking. I told them that I may come 2-3 hrs ahead of checkin time and agreed to pay the charges based on number of hours I am early. Even then they hsbe asked me to come later
