I arrived at 10 am after a very long flight and the hotel wanted 50% of the night fees to let me into the room before 3 pm evebthigj it was free. Ridiculous.

The staff’s English was sometimes limited, and make it difficult to get accurate information . The breakfast was overpriced, and food was cleared before the official 10am finish time.
Additionally, basic amenities like toothbrushes and razors were charged, which felt inappropriate for a five-star hotel.

Pros:

Konumu, Lotte World’ün hemen üstü oluşu, doğrudan metroya bağlantısı. Odadaki mini çamaşır / kurutma makinası. Resepsiyondaki çalışanların güler yüzü. Her şey harikaydı.

Cons:

Böyle bir otelin daha temiz olmasını beklerdim. Beyaz nevresimlerin içindeki lekeli sarı yorgan tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu.
