Kahvaltı ,temizlik,göl manzarası ve metroya yakın olması.

Cons:

Resepsiyon bölges bekleme salonu gibi...Oturma alanlari yeterli degil, bir alış veriş mekanı hissi veriyor.Otel ambiansi yok.Üst katlar ve restaurant bölūmü iyi fakat otel sizi odaya hapsediyor sanki.
Ayrica 5 yildizli bir otelin ikram veya hediye vermesi gereken şeyleri ucret karşiliği satmasi ilginç geldi.Traş bıçağı, diş macunu bunlar otel standartinda olmali zaten.

Şehrin ana merkezine uzak...ama metro hemen yaninda...

Falls below the usual Lotte Hotel standards unfortunately
Pros:

Great location. Rooms decent.

Cons:

Staff English is poor and not always helpful. Bar was fully booked for some event all stay and with no alternative bar this meant one couldn’t enjoy the lobby bar until 7:30pm. Lotte World special entrance only if you buy a ticket from the hotel - not made clear. Breakfast very average an d it good value.

Top notch!
Pros:

The hotel is so beautiful. It's conveniently located right next to Lottle World theme park. Everything met our expectations and more. Staff are professional and attentive.

Cons:

I wish that you could provide a water and ice machine on each level like some of the hotels in Japan. This would be awesome for ppl like me and my family! Pls consider it!
