체크인하기까지 시간이 너무 오래 걸려서 아쉬웠습니다. 30분 이상 기다리면서 번호 차례를 기다리며 로비에 있을 공간도 없었습니다. 체크인이 붐비는 시간만이라도 데스크에 직원을 많이 배치하거나, 기다리는 동안에 편하게 기다릴 수 있는 쇼파나 의자가 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Pros:

地點好，距離百貨公司都很近，房間風景美。服務人員貼心熱情，服務態度佳

Cons:

五星級飯店但備品不足（想換偏硬的枕頭但被告知已經沒有了），想再要一條棉被（厚的）需要加費用（一晚大約1000左右）。淋浴水壓偏小，且還使用浴簾（這與房價及星級酒店體驗感有關）。

Местоположение вытягивает. Гостиница не стоит таких денег.
Pros:

Расположение очень удачное. В округе много магазинов, кафе, прогулочных зон.
Но то, что характеризует 5 звездные гостиницы отсутствует.

Cons:

При заселении номер встретил с наличием чужих волос в раковине, в ванне. Судя по черноте это были скорее всего местных жителей) а по длине можно было судить, что они с головы.

Пыль на полочках.
Грязь в углах и тп.
Все это говорит о наплевательском отношении к уборке номеров. При том что в самой гостинице чисто.

Каждый утро, обед и вечер из-за плохой системы вентиляции в комнату проникал запах с кухни. И так было во многих номерах.

И вообще с запахами в гостиницу все плохо.
Гостиницы с таким заявленным уровнем должны пахнуть вкусно.

Несмотря на немалый ценник и заявленые 5 звезд отсутствовали принадлежности. Нет зубных щеток, паст и тп.

Но мило предложены в мини баре за отдельную плату.

Мне за таких гостиничных владельцев стыдно.

Лотте бренд, который известен во всем мире. Но я в эту гостиницу за такую сумму подумал бы возвращаться или нет.

Это не стоит этих денег.
