Top notch!
Pros:

The hotel is so beautiful. It's conveniently located right next to Lottle World theme park. Everything met our expectations and more. Staff are professional and attentive.

Cons:

I wish that you could provide a water and ice machine on each level like some of the hotels in Japan. This would be awesome for ppl like me and my family! Pls consider it!

exceptional and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
Pros:

staff were very friendly and the room size was very good. The bathrooms were exceptional and helped that there were 2 of them in our suite

Cons:

The sofa in the lounge area of our suite wasn't very comfortable and the cushions were very hard

한국 여행에 마지막날을 롯데월드 호텔 로 선택한것은 최고로 잘 한 일인거같아요.
1. 롯데월드를 이용하는 데 최적 투숙객 할인이 50% 되고, 원더도어로 가면 대기없이 1번 바로 탈 수 있는 시간이되어서 완전 좋아요. 아이와 가족이 월드에서 노는동안 저는 체력이 딸려서 호텔방에서 쉬다가 다시 나갈 수 있어서 얼마나 유용한지 몰라요.

2. 차량도 2대가 주차 가능하며 퇴실 후에도 짐을 맡기고 편안하게 석촌호수 산책과 커피한잔, 롯데 백화점과 몰에서쇼핑 점심까지 해결하였어요. 가족 지인들이 방문해서 다니기 너무 좋은 곳이어서 한국 일정 마무리를 다 소화할 수 있는 장소였어요.

3. 서비스도 로비공간도 청결도 좋았어요

4.♡♡ 카카오 프렌즈 방은 꼭 오세요. 귀염보짝 아이템 소품 어메니티 슬리퍼 가운들이 귀여워요. 룸에서 롯데월드 내부가 보여서 누워서 보았어요. 가족들이 열기구를 타고 전 방에서 그 모습을 보며 즐기는데 가성비가 아주 좋았어요.

Тот кто любит шоппинг и комфорт рекомендую именно этот отель!
Pros:

Отель находится в центре, рядом несколько шоппинг центры и рестораны.
Консьерж сервис тоже хорошо работает. Я забыл чемодан на такси но консьерж сервис быстро нашли. Спасибо.

Cons:

В СПА зоне пропал моя тапочек, в течение дня работники нашли, оказывается другой клиент случайно забрал.

The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained, with a great location near Lotte World and shopping areas. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The price was a bit high, and some facilities felt crowded during peak times. Breakfast could have had more variety.

We will return to the Lotte Hotel World. We were very pleased with the property and service.
Pros:

We were very pleased with easy connections to restaurants,shopping and transportation. Very creative concept to the underground shopping and transportation. The rooms were a good size, with added amenities that we may have forgot to pack. It was an amazing stay. Thank you

Cons:

For guests arriving on early flights, more seating in the front desk areas can be make it comfortable while we wait for our check in. The rooms were a comfortable size. However, a sofa would have made it more comfortable. In general, the chairs provided in the room were average when traveling with a family. Overall, we were pleased with the property.
