Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, una vista hermosa, acceso al metro, al Lotte world, al centro comercial, todo subterráneo que fue ideal para evitar estar en el exterior con -10 grados, amplitud de la habitación.
El restaurante Chino, deben comer el pato, espectacular.
Muy buena ubicación y accesos.

Cons:

El baño deben remodelarlo, está muy antiguo, la ducha en una esquina, quedaba incómoda.
Podrían entregar información de todo lo que hay en la zona de Lotte, por ejemplo el último día me vi que había un spa de cabello, al cual me hubiese encantado ir.

Nice hotel to stay at
Pros:

Very luxurious, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and it was good being so close to Lotte World and being able to renter through the hotel
