The room was good, clean and comfortable. Stuff was not good. The value for money is 7.5/10
Pros:

* Location. It's close to the city center and the Duomo.
* Breakfast was good.
* Clean room.
* Quiet in the room, no noise from outside.

Cons:

* The parking is not free (20 per night), which is not good for the 4 stars.
* The stuff was arrogant from time to time (double-checking if I'm actually living in a hotel, which is rude).
* The Spa is not included in the price, either, and we need to book it beforehand (a couple of days before). It's not comfortable at all.

Pros:

Très agréable séjour passé dans cet hôtel, l'accueil et la prise en charge durant notre séjour par Elisabeth était parfait! Nous avons de plus eu la chance d'être surclassés. L'hôtel est bien situé proche du centre ville à pieds, le petit déjeuner est qualitatif.

Cons:

O café da manhã pode melhorar, principalmente para intolerantes à lactose. E os funcionários podem dar informações mais claras sobre o funcionamento. Além disso, alguns itens sao pagos, se vc quiser consumir.
