La camera Superior era bella e spaziosa, e la preparazione del letto così come il cambio degli asciugamani sono stati eseguiti con cura. La frutta di benvenuto il primo giorno era un bell'omaggio.
Ho soggiornato due notti (7-9 ottobre) pagando ben 1.358 € per una camera singola, una cifra elevatissima legata al periodo fieristico. Da un hotel quattro stelle con queste tariffe ci si aspetta l'eccellenza, invece il servizio è stato molto deludente:
Rumori da lavori in corso: Nella mattina e nel pomeriggio c'erano lavori di ristrutturazione in corso all'ultimo piano (zona SPA) con il trapano in funzione in continuazione. Inaccettabile per chi rientra in camera nel pomeriggio per riposare, specialmente durante un periodo di alta stagione.
Gestione e pulizia della camera: La mattina dell'8 ottobre la stanza non è stata riordinata se non nel tardo pomeriggio. Inoltre, i residui della frutta consumata il pomeriggio del 7 sono rimasti in camera per due giorni senza che nessuno li rimuovesse. La macchina del caffè in camera era danneggiata e pendente da un lato: un dettaglio di trascuratezza che in un quattro stelle non dovrebbe sfuggire al personale.
Qualità della colazione: Molto al di sotto delle aspettative per questa categoria di prezzo: brioche congelate, assenza di spremuta fresca (sostituita da succhi industriali) e un buffet privo di qualità e freschezza.
Alle mie segnalazioni al check-out lo staff si è limitato a formalità e scuse di circostanza. Pagare tariffe da altissima stagione significa garantire uno standard impeccabile, non trattare i clienti con un servizio superficiale da bassa stagione. Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo.
