Eine Oase der Ruhe in Santiago
Pros:

Santiago ist eine große, laute und hektische Stadt. Was für eine Wohltat, in diese Oase der Ruhe zu kommen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, man konnte sogar nachts das Fenster auflassen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist ebenfalls positiv zu bewerten für Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Muy buena atención, cómodo y acogedor.
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy acogedoras, al igual que las habitaciones, amplias, cómodas, muy bien dotadas y muy buena distribución del espacio, limpias y acogedoras, la alimentación brindada por el restaurante del hotel muy deliciosa.

Cons:

Con respecto a la ubicación, el hotel está en el costado de la localidad de Vitacura, que lo hace un poco retirado sin ser este un gran problema pero que es importante informar a los clientes, el transporte (servicio de taxi) no llega al hotel porque no conoce que ahí está, por lo que se debía salir del hotel para esperar estos servicios.

Pros:

Diferente a todos, la naturaleza y vegetación muy linda

El desayuno muy tarde 8:30 , nosotras necesitábamos salir a las 7:00
Les pedimos que nos preparasen aunque sea una fruta, debíamos estar temprano para hacer una competencia deportiva y no pudieron ayudarnos

This is the 4th time I stay here and hope to do so again.
Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are very clean. Bed was comfortable. The setting is beautiful. Breakfast was good.
