The Lady's there in the breakfast room. They where fantastic, sweet, and helpful. Isabel,Gina,Tatn. We loved our stay!
The hotel staff are very unfriendly; no one says hello or smiles, yet they constantly use the guest elevator instead of the service lift. It’s unpleasant. There are never any towels at the pool—it’s outrageous and inconvenient! The water in the Jacuzzi is barely warm; a Jacuzzi is supposed to have very hot water! The toilet paper is disgusting—simply terrible! And most importantly, my room was cleaned only once during my eight-day stay! It’s outrageous!
Location was good
Air conditioner did not work and aportable unit was put into the room, the exhaust tube was put into awindow and it fell out, room was hot, repaired it myself with duct tape. Automatic curtain didn't work, was offered NO discount, was not allowed a different room, overly expensive for cramped quarters. Will not be returning

Parking was def a bit of a struggle
Very clean, very nice breakfast, The staff in charge of breakfast, in particular, were incredibly kind and provided excellent, clean service. It was a thoroughly satisfying visit.
The room and services served our purpose and we enjoyed our stay. This is a very kid friendly hotel and the pool area was live!
We enjoyed the breakfast staff especially Tata and Amelia. We had a large group so they accommodated us by pushing some tables together and answered all of our requests.

all beds and sofa bed have bug and insects. My kids can not sleep 2 nights because that. Also bad smell and stink in front of my room because trash not clean up on third floor.

The reception gave me a room that someone was already in. Had to go back down after a long drive and it was late to explain someone was already in that room, how awkward!
As always, this is our favorite place to stay in San Diego. The rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is consistently amazing. Tata and Isabel provide exceptional service—they’re always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They truly make every stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
The location was convenient for us. Somewhere that was pretty equal distance between SeaWorld and Legoland. Seemed like there were a lot of families with young kids/teens at the same time so it was a bit noisy getting closer to 10 but we were right next to the pool on the 1st floor and we also have a tween and 2 toddlers.
Our room had 2 double beds with a sofabed that fit 2 adults comfortably. We also had a kitchenette but didn't have time to use it since we were gone most of the days. Everything was pretty clean, didn't have any ants or mold anywhere.
The breakfast spread was good enough and different every day from the Monday to Thursday that we were there. Isabel, Ginalyn, and Amelia were very helpful every morning in getting things filled that were running out.
For how much we paid, it was good value and so close to restaurants and grocery stores. Even though parking wasn't free ($10/day), it also didn't cost an arm and a leg like some other places.
I would definitely stay here again next time we do a San Diego trip.
