rom the moment we arrived at Prestige Hotel Baku, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly—everyone we met was warm, helpful, and always smiling. It truly made a difference and set a positive tone for our entire stay.

One of the highlights each morning was the breakfast. It was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared, with a great variety to choose from. A perfect way to start the day!

A special mention must go to the owner, who is absolutely fantastic. You can tell they really care about the guests and the overall experience. Their presence and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable.

Strategically located just a few minutes walk away from the pedestrianised area, close to bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, this small hotel, on the second floor of an ancient building, offers great service at very reasonable rates
Ale at reception, and Vusal, who prepared my breakfast at 7am so that I could join my early-starting tours, were absolutely fantastic, professional and very helpful

The location of the Hotel is amazing. It made it really easy for us to explore the old town and city centre. Ali helped us with recommendations and also stored our luggage when we went for a small trip to the mountains. Eventhough we left before the breakfast, he arranged something so we could eat in time.

Location was excellent. 2mins walk from Nizami street. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Special mention to the manager Mr.Ali with his boys and Lady Hizraan for being so friendly and warm towards all their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to all. We stayed for just one day, but the atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant.

Unfortunately, we reserved an economy double room, but the quality and price were reasonable. I had the chance to check out other rooms for future stays, and their deluxe rooms are incredibly spacious.
Hotels are situated in an unbeatable location—just a 1-minute walk from Nizami Street. All restaurants, pubs, and clubs are within walking distance.

I don’t understand why some customers are dissatisfied with the breakfast. This is a boutique hotel, not a 5-star establishment. All the rooms are equipped with fridges and other facilities, and there are 24-hour supermarkets nearby for added convenience.

The staff is very attentive and polite. Every time they see you, they ask if you need any cleaning or assistance. They genuinely care about your comfort. Additionally, they have strict rules regarding privacy—they never enter your room without permission.

The location is amazing as it is only couple of meters away from Nizami Street. However, the breakfast is like simple home cooked style breakfast.

This is a small but characterful hotel with large rooms and friendly, accommodating staff; we enjoyed how the lovely breakfast was served in the morning. The location could not have been better with the city centre at the doorstep (where most tours had their pickups) and the nearest metro station was minutes away. The proximity of restaurants, bars and shops is amazing; we felt like it really allowed us to get a good feel of life in Baku.
