The room was neat, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean

The stay was disappointing due to the absence of basic amenities.There was a lack of privacy in the room, making the stay uncomfortable. For the price charged, this was not acceptable and needs improvement.The room did not include basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo, which are usually expected. This needs improvement.Room charges are high for the facilities and services offered.Complimentary breakfast was significantly delayed, reflecting poor service management

Pros:

It was my beautiful holiday and itsy added beautiful colours to it. The ambiance, staff and facilities were superb. The stay surrounded by the coffee plantation was spectacular. Recommended go for it.

Nature was good. Rooms with open glass no privacy. Other's can see whats happening inside.

Cons:

Glass wall with small cartons. Outsiders can see whats happening inside. Annoying staff's keeps knocking doors after 10pm. I found out drunken staff's keeping Annoying at late night. Couples please stay away. Worst room setup. Zero privacy. Food price was too high i ended up for paying 1500 for rice 3 roti and a chicken gravy. Money leaching staffs. And keeps calling Outside the room Saying anything needed or need to pay for this at midnight 12pm. Worst experience i faced here.

Disappointed with the stay

The coffee plantation view

Cons:

The person at the reception has a very bad attitude towards guests. We had requested an early checkin through booking.com but the person denied any such request. We were forced to pay ₹500 per room to get early checkin. Then the person had a bad attitude when asking anything. We asked for coffee and the only response we got was “It is not free”. Man we did not ask to give us for free. Please do not show attitude towards guests.

I had one of the worst stays here. For a room priced at ₹6300 per night, the experience was completely unacceptable. The water was unclean, there were cockroaches in the room, the mirror was broken, and the bedsheets were not even properly washed. On top of that, when we asked about the complimentary breakfast, the manager told us it was just 2 pooris per person – shocking for a room at this price. To make matters worse, the property manager even came to speak with us while drunk, showing no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy.

Overall, this place is highly mismanaged, unhygienic, and absolutely not worth the money. Would never recommend this property
