No lift, No lights in the common area , no tv , no proper parking,

Staff … Wipin person who is taking care maintenance he is always drunken … bad maintenance… worst break fast though we paid for breakfast in advance

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, had a highly disappointing experience. While the Google Maps location is accurate, the property is very difficult to identify as there is no name board outside.

There are several major issues that potential guests should be aware of:

Safety & Privacy Concerns: The room did not have a proper solid door. The front was covered only by glass with white transparent curtains, which compromised both privacy and security. Furthermore, there were gaps in the glass door, allowing insects and bugs to enter the room at night.

Poor Maintenance & Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly prior to check-in. Essential amenities like shower gel were missing. Additionally, there is no lift facility, which can be difficult for guests with luggage.

Inconvenient Access: There is no proper walkway or designated path from the parking area to the hotel entrance.

Understaffed & Unhelpful Management: The entire property seemed to be managed by only one or two staff members. The caretaker and staff displayed harsh and arrogant behavior and were dismissive when we tried to raise our concerns.

Lack of Communication: There is no intercom system to reach the reception. We had to physically walk down to the reception every time we needed assistance.

Poor Dining Experience: Breakfast was handled very poorly. Food was simply left on a table with no designated seating area or staff to serve. Guests were left to self-serve and carry their food back to their rooms.

Overall, the lack of basic amenities, poor hygiene, and unprofessional behavior from the staff made our stay highly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place until significant improvements are made.

The stay was disappointing due to the absence of basic amenities.There was a lack of privacy in the room, making the stay uncomfortable. For the price charged, this was not acceptable and needs improvement.The room did not include basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo, which are usually expected. This needs improvement.Room charges are high for the facilities and services offered.Complimentary breakfast was significantly delayed, reflecting poor service management

Glass wall with small cartons. Outsiders can see whats happening inside. Annoying staff's keeps knocking doors after 10pm. I found out drunken staff's keeping Annoying at late night. Couples please stay away. Worst room setup. Zero privacy. Food price was too high i ended up for paying 1500 for rice 3 roti and a chicken gravy. Money leaching staffs. And keeps calling Outside the room Saying anything needed or need to pay for this at midnight 12pm. Worst experience i faced here.

The person at the reception has a very bad attitude towards guests. We had requested an early checkin through booking.com but the person denied any such request. We were forced to pay ₹500 per room to get early checkin. Then the person had a bad attitude when asking anything. We asked for coffee and the only response we got was “It is not free”. Man we did not ask to give us for free. Please do not show attitude towards guests.

I had one of the worst stays here. For a room priced at ₹6300 per night, the experience was completely unacceptable. The water was unclean, there were cockroaches in the room, the mirror was broken, and the bedsheets were not even properly washed. On top of that, when we asked about the complimentary breakfast, the manager told us it was just 2 pooris per person – shocking for a room at this price. To make matters worse, the property manager even came to speak with us while drunk, showing no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy.

Overall, this place is highly mismanaged, unhygienic, and absolutely not worth the money. Would never recommend this property
