Pros:

The staff was very kind and always assisting me in keeping my ice pack, everyday, at the reception fridge.

Cons:

The communication in english could be better. I didn't understand why my debit card was automatically rejected in the first place, because later on I could pay with the same desk at the front desk, but then I was charged 30€ more, due to exchange rate difference.

Pros:

The hotel was well located and the staff was nice and very hospitable. We requested a change of the room since the one they allocated us was for smoking, and we prefered a non-smoking room.
The room was cleaned every day, and also a complement from the hotel - bottles of water were left every day on the table, which was much appreciated.

Cons:

There were no things that we didn't like. Perhaps, a few things to improve, but nothing major.

Very good conference hotel hidden from the crowds.
Pros:

Great location and perfect conference hotel. Easy access to public transport - metro, buses and the airport train. Large quiet room with an executive feel. Food at the in-house restaurant was very good. Staff friendly and professional.

Cons:

Slightly disappointing breakfast - more of a 4 rather than 5 star offering and vibe. Whilst the gym and spa existed they had somewhat of a tired feeling. Be warned in advance that use of the swimming pool has to be booked in advance (never experienced that before!).

Mi habitación era pequeña, en comparacion con la de mi amiga que en teoria era de igual precio y calidad, y faltaba el escritorio con lámpara, sillón, detalles de aseo etc.

ascensores rápidos y silenciosos, barrio seguro y bien comunicado

Cons:

Pasan respiradora, pero me parece que suelos no estaban fregados al llegar. Entiendo que no se pueden fregar todos los días, pero por lo menos al llegar deberían, desde mi punto de vista.
