TERRIBLE SERVICE
Pros:

Absolutely terrible service, completely irresponsible staff, and problems on an on throughout the entire day. This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable.

As a travel agency, we sent our guests to this hotel, but it turned out to be an indescribable disappointment for both our guests and us. We would never recommend it to anyone. This has been an extremely bad experience.

Estambul una ciudad mágica pura cultura.
Pros:

La ubicación esta bien rodeado de restaurantes y cafés, lejos de la zona céntrica la que se puede llegar con transporte publico pero no es tan fácil, para regresar de un paseo en barco transborde 3 veces de metro, el trafico y el respeto a los peatones es difícil en la ciudad. Siendo latino no sorprende tanto

Cuando llegamos del aeropuerto al hotel la habitación que nos designaron en el piso 15 tenia tapado el lavabo de manos y con mucha perdida el caño de descarga por lo que inundo el baño que insólitamente no tenia una rejilla de descarga, al avisar en la conserjería el trato no fue muy amable, ante el mal momento debo destacar que el personal de mantenimiento fue excelente en el trato, eficacia y rapidez en la reparación .

Excellent service and comfortable stay!
Pros:

I came to Istanbul for three days to attend a concert at Zorlu PSM. I chose the Dedeman Hotel because it looked like an easy walk to the venue, and I'm so glad I did! While the rooms are a bit on the small side and lack a lot of open floor space, the beds are very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked great, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent. The entire staff, from the reception to the bellboy, were exceptionally kind, attentive, and eager to help, which made my stay very comfortable. Any questions or requests were handled quickly. I’m not sure when I'll be back in that area, but if I am, I will definitely stay here again!
