Pros:

On site hairdresser mini bar in room close to train station

Cons:

Noise from building works, school and traffic. Staff aren't at all friendly, not rude, just disinterested/bored. Very few speak any English at all

Good Option for Business Travel
Pros:

I’ve stayed here a couple of times for business trips. Clean rooms, a quiet environment, stable Wi-Fi, and smooth check-in/out.

The location is convenient, and the parking service is good.

The staff are professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming.

Excellent stay
Pros:

My overall experience was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly.
. We stayed 11th floor, it is quite, ideally sized for 2 people, the view was also good, room was clean. Hotel is so close to metro which connetcs to Istanbul airport, so we can easly walk and find the hotel. Also we loved breakfast,a lot of fresh turkish breakfast things around, even a soup, it was perfect, I ate the most delicious omlette :) She also has a wonderful smile that makes everyone feel welcome.
I would like to especially thank Ms. Ebru at front- desk customer rrelations. She does her job with real passion and she does the bestShe truly made our experience at the hotel even better.

Pro and Cons staying at Dedeman Hotel Istanbul
Pros:

The staff at Dedeman are friendly, accommodating, and professional. For the price, the rooms are good and comfortable. The main drawbacks were the limited internet access in the room and the food, which was a bit subpar. Overall, it was still a decent stay.

MÜKEMMEL FİYAT VE KONUM
Pros:

Otelin konumu (iş merkezlerine, Zorlu Center, Ak Merkez gibi avmlere ulaşımı rahat) ve personeli çok iyi. Upgrade ile verilen oda (1018) çok büyük ve güzel dekore edilmişti. Ücretli vale hizmetli otopark mevcut.

Cons:

Rezervasyon yaparken gelen upgrade teklifini mutlaka kabul edin, çünkü otelin bazı odaları yenilenmemiş. Yenilenmemiş odalar da temiz ve yeterli büyüklükte ama dekorasyon çok eski ve bu nedenle 5 yıldızlı otel hissiyatı vermiyor. Ama fiyat açısından düşününce bu durum da kabul edilebilir bir husus.
