Pro and Cons staying at Dedeman Hotel Istanbul
Pros:

The staff at Dedeman are friendly, accommodating, and professional. For the price, the rooms are good and comfortable. The main drawbacks were the limited internet access in the room and the food, which was a bit subpar. Overall, it was still a decent stay.

MÜKEMMEL FİYAT VE KONUM
Pros:

Otelin konumu (iş merkezlerine, Zorlu Center, Ak Merkez gibi avmlere ulaşımı rahat) ve personeli çok iyi. Upgrade ile verilen oda (1018) çok büyük ve güzel dekore edilmişti. Ücretli vale hizmetli otopark mevcut.

Cons:

Rezervasyon yaparken gelen upgrade teklifini mutlaka kabul edin, çünkü otelin bazı odaları yenilenmemiş. Yenilenmemiş odalar da temiz ve yeterli büyüklükte ama dekorasyon çok eski ve bu nedenle 5 yıldızlı otel hissiyatı vermiyor. Ama fiyat açısından düşününce bu durum da kabul edilebilir bir husus.

Doable with room for improvement

Most staff were professional and nice, except for one guy at a reception. Good breakfast.

Overall, the stay at this hotel was exhausting.
The hotel was very busy and too loud. Elevators were too slow and crowded taking a long time. Too much noise in the hallways at night and coming from other rooms - the walls are paper thin. The door lock mechanism didn’t work properly. The card key stopped working and had to be re-activated daily. The room smelled like cigarettes. The cigarette smoke was entering the room through the AC vents. It was overpowering and disgusting. They tried to cover up the smell by placing perfume pumps in the rooms (unbeknownst to me) which made my sinuses and throat burn and my entire face flare up. I asked the staff to remove it and they did the next day. However the cigarette smoke was a constant.

Personale cordiale e attento. Arrivate per lo stop over che non è stato comunicato dalla compagnia aerea, hanno risolto tutto in albergo.
Ottima posizione non lontano dalla metro nuovissima che porta direttamente in aeroporto, stazioni dei taxi disponibile a pochi metri
