Stay as always was relaxing and a truly lovely experience. Cant thank the staff enough!
Pros:

I stay at the hotel regularly which says a great deal on ow I value the service and experience when staying at Shangra-la. I really enjoy the staff who are very friendly, call me and my wife by name and we have conversations during our stay. I use the executive lounge and staff are truly excellent. The gym and changing rooms are excellent something I always use during my stay ie the gym. Pool, breakfast, dinner especially in the Chinese and Italian restaurants are excellent also.

Comfortable 5 stars hotel stay
Pros:

Staying in Shangri-la Surabaya is very comfortable and the room is spacious. We choose room with horizon lounge access and the lounge service and facilities are excellent.
Staffs are also very accomodating.
Looking forward our next stay in Shangri-la Surabaya.

Cons:

Walking to the car park building is not sheltered and must use umbrella when rain.

住起來的感覺很好，之後還會再來.
Pros:

我覺得飯店員工非常親切，尤其Eric，我覺得他是發自內心的在對待每一位住宿的客人，遇到問題也迅速幫忙解決.

Cons:

這個比較偏向個人偏好，個人覺得Buffet 的晚餐沒有很好吃，反而早餐的菜色很棒且價格合理，建議想吃Buffet 的可以吃早餐的即可.
