Fantastyczny obiekt z cudowną obsługą
Pros:

Bardzo wysoki poziom obsługi przekraczający oczekiwania. Przyjechaliśmy późno i po umyciu się chcieliśmy skorzystać z sauny, mimo iż było poza godziną otwarcia personel był bardzo pomocny i odtworzył nią tylko dla nas.

Cons:

Nie wiem czy coś można by zmienić. Potencjalnie zwiększyć ilość potencjalnych rodzajów śniadań, gdy my byliśmy to były podawane z karty i moja partnerka nie znalazła nić co by jej odpowiadało ale jest bardzo wybredna.

Spokojny relaks z mocą atrakcji
Pros:

Przyjazną atmosfera, pomocna obsługa. Obiekt nowy, dobrze zaprojektowany.

Cons:

Niestety brakuje jeszcze wykończenia terenu na zewnątrz, na razie był piach. Później będzie San Francisco! Wygląda naprawdę fajnie.

Decepcionante
Pros:

El interior del hotel es elegante y la calidad de los alimentos en el desayuno era buena.

Cons:

La "playa privada" fue decepcionante, ya que no había casi nada de agua, no estaba limpia y nos prohibieron su uso. El suelo de la habitación estaba rayado. No me gustó que nos cobraran extra por la cuna para el bebé, no tuvimos otra opción más que aceptarlo ya que es el único hotel que ofrecía cunas ese día en el pueblo.
La recepcionista que nos atendió el primer día hablaba poco inglés.

L'environnement, le calme, le confort de la literie, l'excellent petit déjeuner, la qualité du restaurant de l'hotel

Cons:

La salle de bain petite, l'établissement adapté aux réunions d'entreprise plus qu'aux touristes de passage , personnel plus professionnel que chaleureux, les travaux actuels qui ne permettent pas de profiter du parc

Wystrój i pokoje ładne i czyste. Sauna fajna.

Bardzo wysoka cena zarówno pokoju jak i masaży a masaże okazały się kompletną klapą. Panie nie umieją tego dobrze robić jak by dopiero zaczynały. Rowery do wypożyczenia słabe ich stan ma wiele do życzenia. Częściowy plac budowy nie upiększa okolicy tak w ogrodzenie jak i obok hotelu. Restauracja Gęś i Wino przereklamowana małe porcje i ceny z kosmosu. Jedzenie na poziomie mocno średnim. Koleżanka z szarpanej gęsinie miała kość.... obsługa jak by pracowała tam za karę i w restauracji w SPA czy w samym hotelu jedynie Pani z recepcji była bardzo pomocna i miła. Ogólnie w obecnej postaci hotel jak dla mnie na poziomie 3 gwiazdek szczególnie przydało by się popracować nad personelem. A I siłownia bardzo mała i słabo wyposażona. Ogólnie w tej cenie byłyśmy w innych hotelach o wiele lepszym standardzie.
