Would think twice about staying agsin due to the poor pool quality. Location is great though.

The pool, which we had really looked forward to using was not very clean. The changing area was filthy & the pool itself was very cloudy.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, great breakfast and friendly staff

Cons:

The air recirculating system didn’t work in our room. There were two fans in our room but they didn’t really cool it. I spoke to the night staff who came and checked the settings and brought us another fan, but still the air system didn’t work. This was the only negative aspect of our stay.

Coffee mug in our room was cracked .
My main problem is lack of power sockets in hotels and our room was particularly poor. No power sockets near the mirror to be able to straighten / curl hair. No power sockets beside the bed for phone charging..

Pros:

Location great. Pool facilities good.

Cons:

There was absolutely NO record of my booking at reception on check in. Booking.com had not transferred any information of my booking to the hotel. Thank goodness they had three rooms available otherwise we would have had no accommodation at all. Not what I expect from booking.com after having used the site for years. Very disappointing.
