Like many hotels, I find the night time temperature along with the bedding way to hot. I had to open the window to cool the room down but it is in the middle of Cardiff so the road noise is load all night. The rooms have A/C which I turned on not realising that the lowest temperature was 19 degrees (winter setting). Still a great hotel to stay at.
Someone hit in my car in car park I’m ask few time to check cameras they ask me date when I text back and no one text me back

The customs shed bar / dining room has a great vibe. Location was good, a 10 minute walk from the city centre. EV charging in the car park,
The room was cold. The environmental control on the wall did nothing. I attempted to ask for a heater via the online portal as there are no phones in the rooms. This was unsuccessful so I had to walk down to reception to get a heater. The room was not serviced at all in spite of a 2 night stay (no fresh towels, no coffee top-up).
The room was situated above the hotel's air processing plant and there was a constant background noise. Breakfast was only ok. Coffee machine stopped working, soggy bacon and poor sausages.
Welcome at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.
Room has a persistent drain smell.
App for room service didn't seem to work - waited for over 2 hours for my order and still had to physically phone the front desk to get it delivered to my room.
