It was amazing so well kept, staff were incredible and so helpful with my kids age 8 and 9 and they were so friendly, my kids loved the staff they were so helpful at breakfast when they ran ahead of me and I didn’t expect it, just the nicest people, amazing breakfast, so informative for the meals at dinner, reasonable prices, mini kids play are for mainly under 10 but my my 2 loved it, me and my kids loved the pool and jacuzzi, thank you all

The location is great and swimming pool a big bonus
We had a small dog with us and there was old food under the bed and under the desk. My dog ate it and that could have been chocolate or something poisonous to dogs!! Not impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
We had an amazing stay over the weekend 😍🥰 all of the staff were so lush!
Room and facilities all very clean and comfortable.
There was no catch on the bathroom door so it didn’t close properly. There wasn’t anything wrong with the door, it seemed to be the design. A bit of privacy when you’re using the toilet would have been nice.

The girl on reception, I think her name was Hayley but please don’t quote me … she had a strong Scottish accent ha! Lovely and so welcoming! Checked in 2 hours early due to room being ready. Room was lovely and spacious.
The room was very warm! Due to it being winter months , air con wasn’t on. We didn’t ask for a fan as it was very late at night when we was going to sleep. Maybe suggestion to put a fan in the room to be able to be used as an option. We didn’t get the code for the side gate. It has been unlocked for many years but needed a code to get in there
