Stayed for 4 days and staff were helpful and friendly. We had a few issues with housekeeping but didn't effect our stay. Restaurant/Bar great layout and food.

We stayed for 4 nights. We had a few issues with house keeping but it didn't spoil our stay.We ate in the restaurant on 2 nights and I have to say the food was delicious. The staff are what make this hotel, Anita went above and beyond when I had an issue and Lit lights up the room with his warm personality. Anthony you are a star. Thanks to Karen and her wonderful team for making our stay.

the place was poorly maintained the room was not nice with dirty carpets. The staff were very unhelpful and not friendly and then I had to pay £24 to park my car over night in the hotel carpark. I would not stay here again
Location was good
Bathrooms were dated. It was noisy. Breakfast was poor. There was something odd about the parking, the machine outside said it was £19 but woman at reception still made me pay £25.
Great location, amazing facilities, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast.
While swimming in the pool, I saw a lot of hair and other debris on the bottom.

Very poor will never be staying at the Novotel again due to poor service form manager and hotel was dirty and staff were confused

Only criticism I would give is the homeless shelter situated right next door, had to walk past a few things id rather the kids hadn't of seen
Wow! This hotel exceeded all expectations! Great location, staff were all lovely in all areas. The pool was clean and great facilities there. Super spacious room. The restaurant was lovely and the best breakfast we’ve had in a hotel! Our most loved bit was the play area for kids 10/10!
