Guest Reviews
Spa facilities are very good. Food in the restaurant is very good and enjoyed the food.
In the bathtub glass is split into two pieces with a gap. Water is spilling out of the gap and coming to the wc area and making it wet.
My suggestion is to close the gap between the glasses by covering them with rubber beading or some other methods. This will save the employee cleaning time and make them happy.
Location was good
Room smelt of wet towels and part of the bathroom worktop was broken and loose
The pool, the size of the room.
The lift was slow. Light and hairdryer didn't work. Uber machine was useless, waited 40 minutes for a 6 minute taxi in the rain on the kerb. Would prefer to order a taxi from reception. Expensive parking charges.
Jaccuzi and Pool
Room was quite worn out
Great location within walking distance of Cardiff city centre. Kids loved the pool.
great location, close to city centre
great pool / leisure facilities
happily stay here again
parking not the cheapest, but I guess that is city centre prices
Swimming pool, kids area, parking, lifts & hot shower
Dirty toilets in downstairs area and broken water dispenser
There were enough spaces in the car park.
The room I stayed in stank of smoke. As if whoever stayed in it previously had smoked in it or that somebody in the surrounding rooms were smoking. I told the staff this on check out. They just nodded as if they were aware of the issue and did not offer any apology for the inconvenience.
Very welcoming staff, breakfast great value for money! Wide choices which is great. The food was also good in bar.
Noise from extractor fans & cooling units directly under window, very very noisey until around 11pm.
Even though breakfast was value for money needs to be hotter.
Fantastic location, great communal facilities and comfortable beds
The room was basic and the shower wasn’t great. Also the tea / coffee options could be better
Well located with car park
Bathrooms and rooms are very dated. Breakfast was expensive and very sad
The location of the property is excellent and the staff is way too courteous, helpful and friendly. They will always greet you with smile and will go all the way to offer help.
The quality and the choice of food at the inhouse restaurant is very limited and not to the expectations, i had 3 dinners there and all the time the quality of the food was not great.
Very spacious room that was well equipped. The restaurant decor was amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. Location was great and the staff were very welcoming.
