I will never recommend this hotel to anyone as the location is totally misleading after saying city centre as it’s far f
Pros:

I didn’t used the pool so not sure should I comment but I guess it’s a plus. The restaurant is more sort of a bar so not family friendly as you can sit with kids in a pub, It should be more sort of restaurant as it’s a big brand so totally disappointed. The Food menu is just for the sake of having it as the place is mostly for drinks only and not sure if drinks varieties are good too.

Cons:

The hotel was not clean enough and the carpet were smelly. The rooms look dark and not much lights. No phones and you have to start the tv , scan the code and order something, which is tedious and I don’t think everyone has time to do all that instead I will go down and check which again is not you will love to do on your holidays .You go for relaxing and not taking headaches like this. The staff behaviour was surprising as they said no for sleepers which is basic in every basic hotel too. They have some vague reasons which I don’t understand so not at all welcoming.

Pros:

Great location, staff was super helpful, we had a great stay. Breakfast was very nice and although we intend to didn't end up using the pool area, it has one!

Cons:

The shower pressure wasn't great and water kept fluctuating from hot to cold...

Decent, mediocre stay
Pros:

Normal stay, nothing to call out.

Cons:

Housekeeping service didn't clean up the trash bins, bed was casually done, housekeeping staff not friendly
no refill of tea/coffee, had to ask a staff for it
no USB/Type C charging point in room,
no intercom in room to call front desk
pool was being used by outsiders for swim classes
pocket access gate from the main road was shut later in the day, resulted in a longer walk to entrance
location not near bus stop, so problem for people traveling with luggage and public transport

When I checked me and grandsons in I had a up grade on my room which was amazing this his my second stay at the hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful 🙂 the pool sauna and the gym is also amazing the up graded room was excellent lovely clean and comfortable and I loved the bathroom and the size of the room I can't wait to book my next stay 😀
