Lovely Experienced
Pros:

All good experienced really nice staff especially in the dining room for breakfast , a nice guy from Thailand I forgot the name so friendly ,and girl from Bangladesh and the cleaners , the reception staff really nice , we will be back there .nice place and enjoy the jacuzzi .

Great hotel for a short stay in Cardiff
Pros:

Swimming pool & sauna are great. Unexpectedly good. EV charging was super handy. Bar area comfortable and a good location for the shops and arena.

Cons:

The rooms and corridors are a bit basic and could do with a refurb

Staff were great, location great. Facilities good. Would stay again.

Cons:

Heat wave or not there was no air conditioning in the room and there was a heat wave. We did have a fan which helped a little if stood in front of it. It was uncomfortable when in the room. Air conditioning in the restaurant and reception.

Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located for going to the Utilita Arena, the room was big and, while the decor was a bit tired in places, it was well air conditioned so we stayed cool in the extreme heat. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we enjoyed a nice swim in the pool and the parking was great value.

Cons:

The bathroom could do with an update, the door to the bathroom difficult to close without slamming and the carpet in the bedroom had a large stain on it, but the bed was comfy and the air con was fully functioning and very much appreciated.

A comfortable stay and fabulous night‘s sleep
Pros:

The air con was bliss on Cardiff’s hottest day and night! The pool was also a welcome way to cool off. Staff were very professional, polite and helpful.

Nothing not to like really. Very clean, nice room and, lovely staff. We enjoyed our stay very much and the aircon was fabulous in this heatwave!

I Love staying with my family the grandchildren love the pool and jacuzzi and the staff are always very friendly and helpful the breakfast is great plenty of different options 😀 👍
