Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The water was not hot in the shower. The air conditioner was not on when entering the room. Which in return made the room hot for the rest of the night. Definitely miserable the first night.

Buenas instalaciones, mala atención, pésimo desayuno

La habitación era buena y la habitación también

Cons:

Reserve por Booking y cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía que pagar en efectivo, después me llegó un correo de Booking diciendo que mi reserva estaba cancelada, después en la habitación 221 metí la información para el wifi y me sale que no me encuentro registrado en el hotel y hoy al preguntar en recepción me dicen que como pagué en efectivo tenía que pagar el internet por aparte

Cons:

My credit was charged 100. I called to see as to why I was told I took 2 wash clothes from the room. When we checked in we only had 2 wash clothes which were left behind. We checked in the room was dirty and not tissue in either bathroom.
