Large room but very pricey for location n facilities that are 0

The size of the room

The decor was tired and un clean , no restaurant for food , safe not working, told not replacing old equipment, microwave n refrigerator old too no instructions for the microwave

Black mold hotel
Pros:

Nothing it was grosse mold on the walls , wall paper peeling off the walls I have cancer and came down to ucla for a appointment and this was the most disappointing place dirty I've ever stayed at.

Expensive n dated reception staff friendly n accommodating
Pros:

I liked the location and the size of the room very big but furniture is old n dated!! Cleanliness can't be seen as the bathroom and is old n needs repairing.. safe wasn't working again as we were in the same room before too , if it's not working y keep it there no tea bag's or tea making facilities

Location, size of room and staff make up for the short comings of dated room and old stuff
Pros:

The room was very big and hence plenty of room to relax and luggage was like a studio flat

Cons:

The room was very dated , and old furniture, fixtures and fittings, the safe didn't work , when i informed reception, said not fixing as all rooms are being updated soon, bathroom is also small and cleanliness in it could be better no kettle or tea bags
