Atendimento do pessoal da recepção, especialmente da Sra Sonya. Gostamos do ambiente tranquilo.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto e troca de lençóis. O chão nunca foi lavado, em cinco dias.

Posizione, spazi e possibilita' di cucinare in camera

Cons:

Ho atteso 40min per poter fare il checkin, 3 clienti davanti a me con un solo operatore sono stati sufficienti a rallentare tantissimo la procedura. In altri momenti ho visto che il personale alla reception era composto da due persone. Siccome avevo un appuntamento urgente, l'attesa e' stata stressante.

Clean, modern, located near cafes and supermarkets, 3 min walk to metro. Would have appreciated an extra toilet paper in the bathroom.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und die U-Bahn Station 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt. Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, klimatisierte Zimmer, wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Ideal für Familien, da jedes Zimmer über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.

Camera accogliente e giusta per 4 persone. Divano letto comodo, angolo cottura utile.
Colazione ottima sia per il dolce che per il salato ho trovato anche latte di soja avena e mandorla.
Posizione buona vicino alla fermata metro rocafort con la quale puoi raggiungere tutte le attività

Pros:

Good location, Quiet neighborhood, Good and spacious rooms, Strong AC in summer.

Cons:

Our keys stopped working several times. We made at least 4 extra trips from the too floor to front desk. The elevator is very slow and can only hold 4 people max, which also delays things.
