Great location overall!!
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff

Cons:

I’m pretty sure the bed in the room wasn’t a King as planned. We had our kid sleeping with us so we barely had enough room.

Die Lage am Strand war klasse. Checkin im Haupthaus sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Waren in der Beachvilla, dort hatte man keine 4 Sterne Unterkunft mehr wie am Haupthaus. Gefühlt eher ein gutes Motel. Für den Preis erwartet man was anderes. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut, und man kann nur schlafen, wenn diese ausgeschaltet wird. Dann wird es natürlich zu warm in Zimmer.

Perfect family friendly paradise.
Pros:

Came here for a 2nd time this summer with my family after a great July experience. The amenities are lovely. Clean and gorgeous landscaping. Modern and updated rooms that are spacious. The pool is perfect for the little ones and a major shout out to Erica for her arts and crafts activities for the kids, which is such an added bonus. My daughter had a ball getting her fake gold tattoos and making little cars in between jumping in and out of the pool. The food at Baja Grill and Latitudes is excellent. Fresh and flavorful. Great drinks from the bar and the wait staff are very pleasant and attentive.

Super fun
Pros:

This place is great!! So many fun things on property. Don't even have to leave to have a great time! The staff by the pool at latitudes, joette, Kate, beth and adam was great! and Brian at the beach was wonderful as well!
