Sehr geräumige saubere Zimmer, in einer guten Lage. Mit dem Buss in 3 Minuten am Bahnhof Berg am Laim. Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nebýt neprofesionálního nezdvořilého jednání zaměstnanců, byli bychom bývali celkem spokojeni.

Lokalita, klid v hotelu, výborná snídaně.

Cons:

Zaměstnanci recepce v den příjezdu se chovali arogantně, nezdvořile, neprofesionálně. Zaměstnanci u vstupu na snídani nám 3 dny ze 4 dnů pobytu každé ráno tvrdili, že nemáme zaplacenou snídani, a museli jsme čekat, až jim recepce potvrdí, že snídaně je uhrazená. Poté se neomluvili. Prostory podzemní garáže jsou velmi stísněné, s tím se asi nedá nice dělat, budova je zřejmě staršího data.

Wir waren nicht das erste Mal hier, denn die Lage ist perfekt für eine Zwischenübernachtung. Das Hitel ist immer sauber, das Personal stets freundlich.
Yari, von der Rezeption war besonders freundlich. Wir kamen spät an und sie bot uns ein Upgrade an, dass wir dankbarerweise annahmen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.
