Excellent service mentality
Pros:

Forgot some clothing at the hotel last week.
After mail- and telephone-contact with the hotel I recieved all well taken care of two days later at home.
This is rare to find and truly splendid: smooth communication, swift action and at any point of contact on site as well as afterwards with a very friendly hotel-team.
Hotel itself is to be recommended, too.
I will return.

Habe fünf Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelzimmer reserviert. An der Rezeption sind sechs Doppelzimmer vergeben worden und ein Zimmer wurde damals nicht vergeben, musste es aber trotzdem bezahlen, obwohl ich von der Rezeption damals kein Zimmer mehr gekriegt hab
