Pros:

A fine hotel. Excellent breakfast. Big and comfortable rooms. Great service.

Cons:

it’s located close to the airport, beneath one of the major flight lanes to LIS. The isolation is fine, still it’s rather noisy until midnight, and traffic restarts at 6pm. if you‘re very sensitive about noise, you should consider earplugs.

Welcoming staff
Pros:

The hotel was very hospitable and welcoming the entirety of our stay. The room attendant Carla was awesome and made sure our room was set each day. There were great views from our room and the hotel accommodated us whenever we needed. Friendly staff that helped make our time in Lisbon memorable.

O staff excelente! Funcionários prestativos, sorridentes! Sempre atenciosos.

Cons:

Muitas pessoas fumam nos quartos, e principalmente no hall dos andares, o cheiro era bem intenso! A cobrança no restaurante ( o sistema), dá como não cobrado, mas no extrato caia em duplicidade! Fiquem atentos! Alertem a recepção! Eles fazem o extorno, mas se não tiver atento é cobrado duas vezes!!!

A Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The hotel was welcoming and quiet comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.l My only complaint was that despite the pleasant weather, each night I returned to a very cold room because the chambermaid had set the temperature at 16 with the air conditioning running.

Boa opção em Lisboa, padrão NH
Pros:

Do tamanho do quarto triplo, excelente. Camas enormes, muito espaço. Banheiro também enorme. É relativamente próximo do centro de Lisboa e do aeroporto.

Cons:

Achei o preço elevado. E não ter room service 24 horas atrapalhou um pouco, cheguei meia noite...
