nel bagno non vi era il modo per pulire il Water, nessuno scopino e nessun getto d'acqua.. come pensano che uno possa lasciare il wc se non vi è uno strumento basico come lo scopino?

good position to reach university and metro. Wonderful breakfast
Pros:

Room was big with all confort. Bed confortable. Bathroom clean and with a big shower. Position very close to university but also to the metro station. Even if traffic was very high and airplanes where passing by the rooms were silent

Cons:

a little noisy. The airplanes landing in Libon pass exactly on top of the building

Pros:

Le ragazze ed i ragazzi della reception sono stati molto cordiali e molto disponibili.
Ci hanno tenuto le valigie sia pre check in che post check out, permettendoci di fare un giro in città senza avere l ingombro dei bagagli.
Anche le ragazze del servizio in camera super gentili e disponibili.
Ho dimenticato un oggetto un camera e tutti gentilmente lo hanno cercato per poi farmelo riavere.
Sono molto contenta del soggiorno. Se dovessi ritornare a Lisbona, sceglierei sicuramente questo hotel.
Catena NH sempre una garanzia.

Cons:

Suggerirei una manutenzione piu attenta della zona esterna. Le camere internamente sono molto belle, ma il terrazzo potrebbe essere gestito meglio, magari con qualche oggetto di decorazione, piante o siepi finte anche solo, che diano un po di colore, calore e rendano l ambiente piu confortevole.

Excellent all around
Pros:

The room was spotless, warm and quiet with all I wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both the breakfast and evening meal was very good. The staff in the restaurant was very helpful.

Very good hotel.
Pros:

Very spacious rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked that the bathroom was also spacious, with a good hair drier and a 10x mirror. The location is very nice.
