Billig og bra hotel rett ved strand med solsenger og parasoller. Hyggelig personale, rent rom og pent oppusset bad. Enkel frokost

The location was really good. Lots of restaurants and other services nearby. The hotel had its own sunbeds, and the beach was just across from it. However, in front of the hotel there is a bar that plays very loud music every night until midnight, making it difficult to sleep before the bar closes. Breakfast was okay, nothing particularly special. Still, the location was excellent

Fantastisk fint hotell. Flotte rom, god frokost og hyggelig betjening. Gratis solsenger hver dag på stranda. Fin promenade med mange kafeer og restauranter. De holdt på med oppussing av fasaden og det kommer til å bli helt nydelig. En kan gå til Durrës, men det tar cirka en time, og en har egentlig det en trenger rundt hotelllet. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet.

Generally super good. Renovations are going on so expect some painting over your head. There are a lot of good restaurants around which is really good. I recommend Olivia. Good stay plus there was an A/C which is a win.

The service at the beach bar is very slow. Unfortunately, the dishes and cocktails are tasteless. We had a lot of problems paying because the Pos device did not work. They only accept paper euros as currency(nonsense). There is loud music until midnight. Employees are inexperienced and indifferent. Beach towel 2,50 eur is paid. The officer in the night shift tried to get paid by being rude to us even though we didn't use the mini bar. We preferred this hotel by looking at its score, but we regretted it very much.

Nice room nice view nice staff

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and the overall impression was disappointing for the following reasons:

- The cleaners messed and used our stuff. We noticed they carved a whole in a lip balm that we had new. They also took out floss and wrapped it around the case. This made us feel very uncomfortable to leave our personal items in the room, to a point of putting away even our tooth brushes in the safe. We told reception about the two occurrences and we put us a a very awkward situation, calling the cleaners and forcing us to confront them, instead of dealing themselves with the situation. The manager didn’t talk to us about this at all.
- You have to leave your keys unguarded at reception every time you leave the room. Anyone can take the keys when they are absent and open the room.
- We felt that we were always being observed. The reception ladies are very curious. They were more friendly to me than to my partner, rarely directing the word to her, making her feel uncomfortable.
- The room was not cleaned properly. There was always hair left on the floor.
- The bathroom main lights were broken. We ask them to fix them and nobody did anything. Then we read reviews that it has been broken for months.
- The balcony chair was also broken.
- Breakfast was poor. They didn’t cover the food from the flies.

Good points:
- Comfortable bed.
- high pressure shower.

Staff very friendly, more than happy to help you and make your stay pleasant

Keine deutsch Kenntnisse, nur mit Übersetzer ( Handy ) Frühstück eine Zumutung ,Kaffee lauwarm oder kalt ,14 Tage lang nur Weißbrot und öfters vom Vortag ,Butter flüssig wie Öl ,Spiegeleier kalt ,nur eine kleine Auswahl des nicht zufrieden stellendes Frühstücks. Hotel und Zimmer sauber. Zimmer nach Meerseite nicht empfehlenswert da in ca.70 m Kirmes Fahrgeschäfte bis 24:00Uhr mit sehr lauter Musik offen sind.Von uns ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen .

I stayed there for a business trip. People there are really nice and taking care of you. The food is really nice too. 40m from the beach there is everything you need here

Mukava kokemus verrattuna alueen muihin hotelleihin! Lähellä rantaa ja aurinkotuoleja sai käyttää ilmaiseksi. Aamupala hieman suppea, mutta sillä pärjäsi hyvin. Vastaanoton Lindalle kiitos hyvästä asiakaspalvelusta!

The staff was fantastic, especially Jay and his counterpart in the restaurant. They were both very helpful.

This was the best international experience I have had in years. The hotel building is gorgeous, design is tasteful, and it only gets more beautiful when you walk in. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Truly efficient, attentive, and not intrusive. Indeed, I was very much impressed with the high-quality rooms and high-quality service both at the hotel as well as at the restaurant which was opened throughout the day with an excellent menu on offer. My room was also facing the seaside so the view was quite breathtaking. The adjacent beach offered crystal-clear water and clean sand. The atmosphere was also very special that it really felt like home. My sincere gratitude to the general manager who does a great job there; I would highly recommend this hotel for both locals and foreigners.

The hotel was very clean and brilliantly run. We had a family room which was very spacious with balcony and a nice big bunk bed. It has it’s own space on the beach and the gentleman was always very helpful to find us a nice spot. Linda at reception was amazing and arranged taxis and printed documents for us. We had wonderful service from Afrim, Leonard and Bayame at the restaurant and cafe. Food was delicious and good value for money. The sea is shallow and Sandy great for young kids. Really recommend for safe, clean and family friendly stay.

Mycket bra hotell, rummen var superb. Personal underbar o trevlig. Fanns väl inte mycket för barnen att välja när det gäller mat, låg massa olika mat ställen i närheten så det gick bra, vi har varit jättenöjda

Sehr sauber das ganze Hotel, Pool, Zimmer,
Strand, Frühstücksraum, Strand. In 15. Minuten zu Fuss an der Strandpromenade. Staff sehr freundlich.

Das personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage direkt am strand . Gatten zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön.

I had a wonderful stay with my mum ! The location is great just by the beach you get beds and umbrella every day of your stay ! It’s close with a taxi to city of Durres ( 10 euros ride)... the rooms and nicely done and clean...
Lastly bur most importantly people and service is amazing ! Arrora helped sooo much with organising everything you need from arranging taxis to getting soya milk ! :) every person from the staff including a man working on beds at the beach were super helpful and friendly! And THANK YOU for making my stay so pleasant :) I would strongly recommend the hotel anyone who is visiting Albania!
