Great for an emergency booking / pit stop
Pros:

Love how easy and last minute emergency booking wasn’t a bother for them. Had everything I needed for a few days with plenty of food and shops around me to keep me entertained

Upon entering the room I was greeted with roaches in the bathroom as looked around the sheet were not clean the tub unsatisfactory. And a very very strong smell of chemicals made it hard to sleep

Cons:

The front desk gentleman that greeted me was very polite and nice.

I want a refund
Cons:

No heat dirty towels and face clothes alive and wondering around roaches when ask to receive another one we were told to wash it with our own money the door security lock was very lose no one wanted to come tighten it up or give another room I had to do it myself and then still it was lose with my booking 16-19 I literally left the 17 I only stayed one night the other room I paid for was vacant all 4 days I also have a video but for some reason I can’t upload it so giving me a 34 credit or any type of credit is unacceptable I’ll need a full refund or a 3 day refund back to my card not a credit I’ve been calling for 4 days now haven’t talk anyone at motel 6 they pick up then hang it up I had to put all my luggage in front of the door because it wouldn’t lock I was a responsible for 6 teenage girl who didn’t feel safe and I had to spend more money it’s not booking fault it’s motel 6 fault
