Pet-friendly rooms are limited to Standard Rooms (selected Newcastle or Buckingham Rooms) located on the 1st floor and must be reserved in advance. Please contact the hotel to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms.
Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of CAD 30 per room per night or CAD 90 per week.
If a pet-friendly room is not reserved in advance, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation at the guest's expense.

There is a small set of stairs on the 1st floor. Guests with mobility requirements are advised to contact the hotel in advance to ensure they are allocated a room on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Loft suites include stairs, with the bathroom located on the main floor, and are not recommended for guests with mobility concerns.
Reservations of 6 or more rooms are considered group bookings and will be subject to group terms and conditions, including cancellation fees. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or request cancellation of any group reservation if a contract agreement is not signed in advance.

The water pressure was insane. If you like a good shower, they got you.
Noisy corner of the hotel and the full kitchens led to some fish and curry smells in the hallways. Needs a reno. Comfy ish bed.

Lovely room with a large balcony and kitchen appliances, view now spoiled with new 3 story terminal built in front. Breakfast could have been better. Mostly the scrambled eggs and hasbrowns, alternating with ham, bacon and sausage were only just warm even when the room was open at 7 am. The Greek yogurt was very tart. Fresh fruit was okay but the same every day. I did not have the pancakes or waffles but I expect they were not very warm either. Like the Best Western Hotels and cruise ships, they have machines that you use for making pancakes and cook toast , and individual containers of yogurt and also hard boiled eggs. The coffee was good. It appears that the hotel cater to large groups and overnight visitors. The service at the Pendray Inn for Afternoon Tea and the Sunday dinner were excellent.
Even though I let them know my early arrival time because of incoming flight, I arrived before 1 pm and after walking to have lunch nearby I still had to wait until 5 pm to obtain my key card. There was no comfortable place to sit, only hard backed charis and small tables in the dining area, not at all pleasant for the extra 3 hours I had to wait. Most hotels have staff on hand to clean rooms as soon as the guests depart, often by 11 am. Staff were pleasant but rarely acknowledged anyone coming in or going out of the hotel.

Para el desayuno deberian variar un poco en los dias correlativos, pues sino tienes lo mismo los 2 dias que te quedas en el hotel (es mi caso)

Thank you so much for hosting me! I had an amazing two-night stay. The hotel was bustling, and I can totally see why—the location, luxury, breakfast, and value are unbeatable.
I absolutely loved my third-floor suite! It was a mezzanine-style suite featuring a downstairs living room and an upstairs sleeping loft. The high ceilings and kitchenette made it feel so spacious and cozy. The fast internet was great, and my favorite spot was the high wooden table where I could sip coffee and watch the boats cruise through the inner harbour from the balcony. Everything was perfect, and I can't wait to stay here again

The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The location is fantastic close to the ferries and many of the great attractions near and by the inner harbor. The breakfast was decent many options.
Popular with tour groups and had several school groups that are rather loud in the halls. The doors aren't fitted well enough nor soundproof for that kind of activities.. Beds are hit and miss if good or bad. We had a 2 bed room and 1 was ok the other half was worn out. The seating selection of the chairs weren't very comfortable and the bathroom could use a upgrade in toilet.
