Pet-friendly rooms are limited to Standard Rooms (selected Newcastle or Buckingham Rooms) located on the 1st floor and must be reserved in advance. Please contact the hotel to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms.
Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of CAD 30 per room per night or CAD 90 per week.
If a pet-friendly room is not reserved in advance, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation at the guest's expense.

There is a small set of stairs on the 1st floor. Guests with mobility requirements are advised to contact the hotel in advance to ensure they are allocated a room on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Loft suites include stairs, with the bathroom located on the main floor, and are not recommended for guests with mobility concerns.
Reservations of 6 or more rooms are considered group bookings and will be subject to group terms and conditions, including cancellation fees. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or request cancellation of any group reservation if a contract agreement is not signed in advance.
A CAD 2.50 per night eco fee is applied to support large-scale carbon reduction projects as part of our sustainability efforts. This fee helps fund conservation and environmental initiatives, verified by Green Step Solutions, ensuring that our environmental footprint is minimized through energy-efficient and eco-friendly practices.

A Credit Card is mandatory at check-in. A damage deposit of up to CAD 250 is required upon arrival via a credit card. This property was gorgeous! We stayed in the Belleville House, next door to the main hotel building and the Pendray Tea House. We loved the comfortable, spacious room.
Nothing - everything was wonderful !
I love the location, the staff, parking was so convenient (accessible via elevator to the basement level) and the breakfast hours were well managed despite the high volume. Room was very spacious and I loved the loft design! Good management and good people. Worth the price and would go back again!
Sofa bed was a little difficult for sleeping but I understand it is not comparable to a real bed.
Perfect location, light stroll from seaplane terminal.
Breakfast house is in a lovely glass room setting, breakfast is buffet style with a good variety, the staff were on top of everything in the dining room.
Our bed was super comfortable.
Light refreshments available to all guest from 2pm which is a nice touch.
Luggage storage was well appreciated.
Bike hire ran out of pedal bikes, only option was to hire E-Bikes. In this case a discount on the pedal bike would have been appreciated as that was the only option available.

Great location!! Loved that the Sauna & plunge was attached!! Staff very friendly. Room was clean, very comfy beds and loved the kitchenette!
An older property. No workout facility
We love the location, proximity to the waterfront! The breakfast was always enjoyed as well and that sunroom that you eat in is a beautiful room.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Sub par for what you would get at other hotels. The air conditioner was old and very noisy and had to be run all night otherwise the rooms are too hot
Breakfast was great. Hotel is lovely, very quiet and clean. Excellent staff and service. Grounds are wonderful. Short walk to vibrant downtown area yet still very peaceful.
