Important information:

Pet-friendly rooms are limited to Standard Rooms (selected Newcastle or Buckingham Rooms) located on the 1st floor and must be reserved in advance. Please contact the hotel to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms.

Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of CAD 30 per room per night or CAD 90 per week.

If a pet-friendly room is not reserved in advance, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation at the guest's expense.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

Parking is available for CAD 18 per night. Parking availability is not guaranteed until check-in.

There is a small set of stairs on the 1st floor. Guests with mobility requirements are advised to contact the hotel in advance to ensure they are allocated a room on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Loft suites include stairs, with the bathroom located on the main floor, and are not recommended for guests with mobility concerns.

Reservations of 6 or more rooms are considered group bookings and will be subject to group terms and conditions, including cancellation fees. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or request cancellation of any group reservation if a contract agreement is not signed in advance.

A CAD 2.50 per night eco fee is applied to support large-scale carbon reduction projects as part of our sustainability efforts. This fee helps fund conservation and environmental initiatives, verified by Green Step Solutions, ensuring that our environmental footprint is minimized through energy-efficient and eco-friendly practices.

A CAD 0.25 per night fee is applied to support the Indigenous Tourism Destination Fund, which helps fund Indigenous-led tourism projects across Canada.

A Credit Card is mandatory at check-in. A damage deposit of up to CAD 250 is required upon arrival via a credit card. The same will be released at checkout, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Breakfast is excellent and location is great

Cons:

We can hear the stumping from guest above ur room and its so early but oh well it’s ok

Bon rapport qualité prix !
Pros:

Hôtel dans son jus, très bien situé avec un super petit déjeuner. Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment l’atout majeur de cet hôtel.

Cons:

Malheureusement durant notre séjour il y avait un problème avec le wifi mais le personnel a fait tout ce qu’il pouvait. De plus, le parking est payant mais c’est assez commun au Canada.

Pros:

The staff are lovely. The rooms are clean and spacious, comfy bed. Great location. Great complementary hot breakfast.

Cons:

Problems with the wifi was an inconvenience, but staff were doing their very best to fix that. It didn't detract from our stay.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness of rooms. The breakfast was great with a variety of food. Location is close to all downtown attractions also lots of places to walk along the water front.

Cons:

There is construction going on in front of the hotel at a ferry terminal. This is something the hotel has no control over. It did not have a great impact on our stay and we would stay again

Nice, classic inn with good breakfast, convenient location and pleasant staff.

Location was perfect for us. Nice, comfortable room, Excellent breakfast in a beautiful airy atrium. during a past stay we found the office staff “unhelpful”, but this time everybody was terrific.

Cons:

There is very little to add here. We’ve had trouble with parking during previous visits but this time it was available for a fee .. a bit pricey, perhaps, but very convenient. Closing breakfast at 10 seems reasonable but may not be convenient for folks on holiday. My wife could explain 😊

Pros:

Lokalita vynikající, přímo v centru města. Vše důležité - muzeum, kino, krásný park, přístav, parlament a centrum města lze pěšky komfortně projít. Hotel je příjemný, mám ráda ubytování tohoto typu, žádný velký kolos, pěkná budova se zahradou. Snídaně byla naprosto dostačující v příjemném prostředí.
