Pros:

Customer service a priority at Hotel Lucerna. But it feels natural, not forced by a corporate policy. The employees are genuine in their attitude. Our favorite is Pablo. He always welcomes us like old friends and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect!

Cons:

Hotel Lucerna suites our needs to a tee so we never want to try out other hotels in the area!
