Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown

The omelet bar was good. The Coke machine was “broken” while we were there. The drinks in their lobby store are 6.00 EACH! The dining area floor was sticky and dirty. Housekeeping is not doing an adequate job on cleanliness in the dining area. Kids drop cereal/milk/juice..it dries and is sticky. Daily room service. Not sure about carpet cleanliness.

Hotel is clean the staff at the Front desk Ericia is always polite friendly and very helpful, the bellmen and the waitress in the restaurant are also a pleasure.

Mahlet, Ebony, Kayla … the whole F&B crew here is awesome. They know how to take great care of their customers. We have been here three times this year, and, every time, we’ve had excellent service with smiles and laughter, even when the lines get crazy with the breakfast and happy hour crowds. Great weather this trip, but last trip was snowmaggeden, and the staff had to stay onsite to help take care of all of us. They didn’t miss a beat. We told Scott, the F&B manager, who is also a hardworking nice guy, but the world needs to know. We love this place.

To add to that the concierges are fantastic with great recommendations, friendly and with lots of laughter. Franco and Lashaun, thank you for everything. We look forward to our return trip now that we have family in the area. See you all next time.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! We’ve spent three years in a row with our family at this location. The staff and the service is top-notch. Mahlet in the lobby/restaurant area is absolutely incredible. She takes care of us every night and is so great with the kids and service. Thank you Mahlet!!

Our kids love the pool, and it’s a short five minute walk to the subway to easily get to all the great things in DC. We will be back for a fourth year.!

Perfect place to stay in DC. Check-in was great and staff were very helpful. Very walkable neighborhood and easy access to all areas around town. Breakfast, evening reception, and food from the on-site restaurant was great. Bar staff were friendly and accommodating. All hotel staff were friendly. Walked to White House, National Mall, and Georgetown on multiple locations. Access to Metro station just a short walk. This is the place to stay when traveling to DC.

This trip was for me to acquire a custom brace to help me walk, I hadn’t walked in over a year. At arrival we were met by the two kindest and most efficient customer experience professionals; Elaf & Dominique. They had the perfect blend of tailoring our experience to us as well as managing an extremely high volume of guests. They both went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and never seemed to be annoyed if we had any questions or polite requests. Thank you for taking such great care of us throughout our stay!

I booked this hotel for my family to stay in for my husband riding in the National Unity Tour. Unfortunately we were unable to stay here. I had originally booked a non-refundable reservation. However, speaking with the manager Busiswa, she was so kind, understanding, and accommodating. 10/10 she is amazing. Because of her, I will absolutely book with Embassy Suites in the future!

Is very friendly and her service is superior. She went out of her way to make our meals relaxing and complete.
Orders are always correct and the food hot and brought as requested.

In DC for a conference and chose to stay in the hotel restaurant, District Tap, for dinner. Had the steak and frites along with the lemon berry mascarpone for dessert. Steak was cooked perfectly and the dessert was incredible. Mahlet was a fantastic server, pretty much anticipating everything I needed. I would highly recommend dinner here and asking for Mahlet!
