Beautiful rooms and even awesome staff!! The front desk staff was very helpful especially Dominique and Elaf!

Mahlet was wonderful , she made my stay at the Hilton memorable and my dining experience was spectacular. I look forward to staying again in the near future.

Is the best employee in the hotel. Her kind and attentive nature was evident throughout our stay at the Embasy suites hotel mere in Washington DC.

Day one we ate in the main lobby at the district tap. Environment was pretty, relaxing and not noisy considering how busy. We had the best waitress named Mahlet who was not just a good waitress, but so kind to my daughter interacting with her & brought her ice cream for eating her dinner so well.
Room is pretty and clean. Despite busy traffic and delays getting to the hotel, parking was easy & lots within walking distance.
Highly recommend!

I’m a Hilton loyalist. Diamond member.
I’m currently staying at the Embassy Suites Georgetown. Checked in on Friday (Feb 13) and will check out tomorrow (Feb 16).

I regularly read reviews before booking a hotel and I write this review to hopefully help fellow travelers.

Issues with this hotel:

1. Room was 79 degrees on the first night. Asked to be moved to a different room the second night. Much better now.
2. No hot water in the room. I’ll say that again…no hot water in the room.
3. Left the room at 8am today. Got back to the room at 4pm and the room was not serviced yet.
4. When we went to breakfast this morning, only 1 elevator was working.
5. No OJ during breakfast.
6. The evening reception consists of tortilla chips, carrots and celery. That’s it. Three nights in a row the same.
7. My wife couldn’t get a Pinot Grigio. They only had Chardonnay. Very limited mixed drinks. One bartender for a massive hotel. Long wait. Evening reception is almost a worthless benefit.
8. Hot tub in the pool was broken.
9. No water/snacks given at check in (Diamond).
10. Towel rack in room falling off the wall.
11. Georgetown is a 20min walk away from Embassy Suites Georgetown. (lol)

Positives: Nice people at the front desk.

Seems like a joke, but this is our experience 24 hours in.

Mshlet makes the best Sheryl temples and such a nice waitress!! Her smiles lights up the room.

The staff at the restaurant are amazing. I have never had a night where the food was not good. Service is always exceptional! Mahlet, Rachelle, Kayla, Jose, Onisimo, Ebony, Donnita and Scott (manager) make me feel like family and make my evenings enjoyable. Thw breakfast crew, Brandon, Haylie and Damon are exceptionally friendly and make great omelets. All of the bussers, especially Berlin and Xiaoyu are very efficient and friendly. Your front desk staff, including Ericka, Busiswa and Sayeed are so friendly and helpful. Mr. Lynn, ways has a smile and goes out of his way to help me out.

Mahlet was a delightful server! She was fantastic, and the food was great! Would recommend!

Mahlet is awesome and her impeccable service has exceeded my expectations. She represents the Embassy Hotel by Hilton phenomenally. She went beyond just serving customers to make a customer feel he is home away from home. I will come back next time and I hope Mahlet is still around.

Mahlet has been a kind and attentive waitress throughout our stay. She checked up on us multiple times to make sure we were good, and continuously did so.

Stayed here while in town for a wedding. The suite was great, lots of space. Crabtree and Evelyn amenities, I love it. The breakfast is the best, everything you could imagine. The evening snack not the same as our usual Embassy Suite, just veges, dips, and chips and an ok wine. Everyone got snowed in for the weekend, including staff. Xavier is to be thanked for taking care of people in the restaurant. We had dinner one night and Ebony ran her feet off, so professional.
