Pros:

View, great bed, dog friendly

Cons:

An hour or so after check in staff person entered our room without knocking. This caused our dog to bark and we received a noise complaint from the desk. (The desk person had my name wrong, not sure why?) I went out to hall to see what was going on and she was apologizing and backing up but it did make me feel unsettled for the entire stay.

Decent, clean hotel. Would recommend
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to advise us on places to go, etc. safe parking.

Cons:

Didn’t know there was a restaurant on the premises. That would have been helpful to know when checking in. Only knew of a Starbucks downstairs.

Pros:

Our room was very nice, had a great view and a comfortable bed. Also appreciated an early check in.

Beautiful clean hotel with amazing staff close to all ST Johns has to offer
Pros:

We requested a room that was close to the top and quiet. We got the 9th floor. The food and service in the club
Room was excellent. The cleaning staff where very attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome
