Pros:

Great service, staff were friendly, rooms were clean.

Cons:

Parking was very difficult. No space, very congested. Parking garage is very narrow and dangerous and very low ceilings.
Pillows not comfortable. Hardly anything in them.

Could of been better for the price
Pros:

Location was good and hotel had good services available

Cons:

Parking was awful, my vechile was oversized leaving limited and at times no spaces to park. Checked out night before as no parking. Checked out at 8pm

Wasn’t as clean in room as expected it would be.

Also hot tub was broken in pool area.

Great location!
Pros:

So close (close walking distance!) to all the fun things downtown (Water St, pubs, shops, restaurants, sporting events, etc)
Clean and newer decor. Friendly staff. A pool and nice views ! Definitely recommended to anyone wanting a nice spot to stay downtown.

Overall it was comfortable and very quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was great,a little bit expensive but decent.we liked that our room was cleaned each day,very friendly staff

Cons:

Didn't like that had to pay for parking,very expensive, $86 for three nights. Coffee and tea in the room was not to good.

Overall was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

Loved the clean room and the wonderful view. Staff was also excellent

Cons:

Charged for parking at the Hotel. After staying there lots of time, first time charged for parking. Wasn’t told upfront. When checking out was informed 😢
