Clean
Beautiful Hotel
My room view has the wall, I couldn’t see anything outside.
Disgusting, Grimey place. Staff was rude and unaccommodating. I felt both unsafe and in fear of my health and safety. I would never recommend this hotel to a young female traveling alone. Super outdated and worn down.
I didn’t like how disgusting this place was. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos. Upon arriving, I heard screaming coming from the hotel. I looked up and saw multiple couples having intercourse on their balconies and in front of their windows. When I entered the hotel, I immediately felt unsafe due to the people there. The staff was incredibly rude to me as well. The room was dirty and smelly.
Pool and hot tub were great, prices were exceptional and low price on room incidental fee too
The sink and bath tub had problems draining
Good prices on rooms, beds were comfy and pool/hot tub was nice.
The bar was a pricey and didnt like the 3 drink max being enforced by a rude bar supervisor
In one of our rooms the sink and bathtub did not want to drain
Nice to have a restaurant/bar in the building, Gardunio's food was excellent and nice decor.
The sliding door was loose so cold air entered the room and traffic noise was loud. The bed was too firm and gave me a stiff back.
old place
the balcony was horrible
asked for soap,, but the staff was getting off
horrible
The staff was nice
Our heating/cooling unit was broken. I don’t think they cleaned around the edges of that place in a very long time the dust and lint build up was horrible.
The balcón y was my favorite part
How long it took front desk to help
Bed was comfy and the hotel staff were very helpful. Regular mugs in rooms and real cream for coffee!
The hotel is loud. It is right next to the highway and the car sounds were nonstop (even at 3am). The carpet is ripped and old and not all rooms have artist paintings like listed on the website.
