Lovely, affordable hotel with a nice pool
Pros:

Charming hotel with lots of Native art and a helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean, pool was great, and it was very quiet. We really enjoyed our two nights there!

Cons:

It was a little odd to walk through the restaurant to the stairs, but it wasn't a problem.

Pros:

Friendly front desk staff

Cons:

The elevator is out of order, the pool deck is extremely slippery and dangerous, the stairs have torn and dirty carpeting, and the TVs are very old with poor picture quality.

Sufficient and comfortable enough for my needs.
Pros:

It’s in an excellent location for my needs. It’s comfortable enough. The pillows are nice. It’s clean. The staff is nice. Everything is sufficient.

Cons:

The walls in the foyer are painted way too dark in my opinion. The rooms have loud native American artwork on the walls. You can find a room without that if you ask. They are so much nicer. The carpets need to be shampooed.

Our Family's Stay
Pros:

Loved the decorations and how authentic they were to the Native American culture! The staff WAS AMAZING and very attentive! Loved the 2 complimentary drinks we got each day and how sweet they were to my very inquisitive child!

Cons:

Our bathroom had a leak that ended up soaking the bathroom. I didn't like not having a phone in the room and having to text the front desk for anything.

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

I can’t say enough good things about Nativo! Stella and the hostess working at Garduño made me feel so welcome on Monday. Yesterday was a bit frustrating—my procedure with Eye Associates was canceled. I went to the front desk, Rachel was working. She was so sweet about canceling my Wednesday reservation. The lady who helped me today to book my reservation for next week could not have been nicer. Nativo, you have a great staff!

I would go again !

The location was awesome. Food at Gardunio's was great.

Cons:

I had to ask for a hairdryer.
Swimming are had no towels.
Floor in swimming area was very slippery. I saw a child fall and hit his head.
