Very disappointed with the response from staff when we reported the platform issue upon checkout.
Pros:

Great location, easy and polite check in.

Cons:

Facility needs upgrades. The sink was cracked, one shower wall was cracked. TV was difficult to use due to weak remote. The big issue was that the bed platform sticks out 8 inches past the mattress. My wife and I both had run ins with it and opened bleeding wounds on our leg.
