That there was an indoor and outdoor pool.
The staff. They were quite rude and not helpful. The ice machines didn’t work and the AC would go out at times and the “Mountain View” you pay extra for is blocked by a building.
Was a very nice hotel it was one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve seen and the aesthetic was phenomenal
Nice and clean the rooms were very clean i even looked for hair or dirt in the corners and absolutely none
Beautiful art.
Love it
It’s all good
Where do I begin? What happened? When I painted one of the rooms for Nativo, it was okay. Now - I've learned there have been changes.
I tried taking a shower but the knob to the shower was not working properly. The pump for the shampoo in the shower was not working properly or was broken. The carpet was dirty and had cigarette burns.
They tried with the complimentary coffee which was set out in the morning but it was warm.
They also took an additional fee of $25.00 out of my card. But for what?
If I could, I'd rather have a full refund. It was clearly not worth the price.
We really like the fact that is not a chain hotel,
Lots of art in every room, showing the cultural heritage of New Mexico natives.
The cleanliness
Rooms too close
Service, very clean , everything was outstanding
Nothing, everything, everyone is awesome
I love the pool and spa. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
My room was clean but furniture in lobby could definitely use s good cleaning. Restaurant closed earlier than listed on info sheet. The TV in our room both times we stayed was old and had horrible picture.
Beautifully decorated
Unfortunately the bed and pillows were uncomfortable
